The Spektrum™ S450 G2 AC/DC Smart 4x50W Charger brings today's most advanced and user-friendly charging technology to RC bashers, crawlers, racers, and pilots of all skill levels.
With its 4x50W power on AC, impressive 4x100W power on DC, and ability to fast charge Smart batteries, the S450 charger offers a versatile and truly hassle-free charging experience. Each output includes IC2®, IC3®, or IC5® meaning you can charge virtually any RC battery with the charger. Use it together with Smart G1 or G2 batteries and you'll be amazed by its incredible functionality and performance.
The S450 features four fully independent outputs, each capable of intelligently sharing available power for maximum efficiency. This means that whether you're charging one, two, three, or four batteries, the charger automatically distributes power to ensure you're getting the fastest charge possible on each port. On AC power, you can charge four batteries simultaneously at up to 50W each. If you're only using two ports, each can deliver up to 100W, and a single port can provide a powerful 100W charge. Switch to DC input, and the S450 really shines. Charge up to four batteries at 100W each, or any combination down to a single battery at the full 100W. This flexible power-sharing design is perfect for enthusiasts who regularly charge multiple batteries, whether at the field, the track, or in the workshop.
The S450 G2 AC/DC Smart Charger makes battery charging the easiest it has ever been. Its Auto Charge feature recognizes your Smart battery's parameters, such as chemistry type and suggested charge rate, and begins safe, correct charging automatically when the charge lead is connected. A clock on the charger's screen counts down the time until your Smart battery is fully charged and ready to use.
Balancing Smart G2 batteries is just as simple. The S450 charger will balance your Smart G2 LiPo packs through the same, single IC connection used for charging. No separate, confusing balance leads are required.
The S450 Smart G2 AC Charger's updated interface features fresh, intuitive menus, icons, and navigation tools. Its clear, easily understandable indicators of Smart battery history and performance provide the information you need to make the best decisions about your batteries when putting gear together for a day at the field or track. USB-C input and output ports enable you to charge secondary devices and to update the charger's firmware, so you always have the latest version.
