Our delivery is free of charge however you can select a specific day for delivery, for a charge. The charge varies from £65 - £75 depending on the which day you would like delivery. This service excludes deliveries to Scotland and South of England, in areas such as Somerset, Devon, Plymouth and Cornwall. You can book this service by contacting our sales team on 01922 494 608. Do you offer a collection service for old appliances and TVS ?
We offer a collection service for your old appliance and TVs for recycle. You can book a collection at the time of purchase, on the checkout page or over the phone, however there is a charge for this service. Charges are listed on the checkout page. Do you offer delivery outside the Mainland UK?

Our couriers unpack most goods at the delivery address and allow the customers to inspect the item to ensure that it has been received in perfect condition and no accessories are missing. How long does delivery take ?
Deliveries of large appliances and TVs to most areas are normally done within 1 to 3 working days between 7am - 8pm(excluding Mondays). We call all customers at least a day before to inform about the delivery schedule. Small items are delivered next working day if placed before 2 pm. All large items ordered for delivery to Cumbria, Glasgow & Edinburgh are delivered on a Saturday. All large items ordered for delivery to areas such as Somerset, Devon, Plymouth & Cornwall take place on either Thursday or Friday. How long is the warranty offered on the products ?
The warranty supplied with the goods is the standard manufacturer's warranty, in addition to your rights under the Sale of Goods Act. In most cases this is 1 year covering all parts and labour. In some instances this is extended by the manufacturer from 2 to 5 years and occasionally even 10 years. .
How much do you charge for delivery??
For orders over £60, delivery is included in the price. For orders under £60, you have the option of next-working-day delivery for £7.49 or a two-working-day delivery for £4.69. .

Yes, refunds for deposit payments for finance applications can take up to 7 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. Since this payment is a deferred payment you would have to contact your bank and request them to return the funds back to your account instantly. What is the procedure of returning goods that are not required?

Will you deliver my appliance inside my property??
To keep our customers as safe as possible, we’re only able to deliver products to your doorstep or garage. We’ve made sure that our drivers can comply with social distancing guidelines while completing deliveries by knocking on the customers’ door and waiting at least two meters away. Most appliances are very heavy and can only be carried using a trolley and the couriers would need a clear path to maneuver the appliance If the appliance does not fit then it will be delivered to the furthest point possible. Appliances cannot be carried over fences or any obstructions that are in the way.
