The E-flite® Micro P-47 Thunderbolt 625mm is scaled to be affordable and practical for more RC pilots to own and fly. It's also the first-ever micro-class warbird model to include functional flaps, retracts, and LED navigation lights! The brushless power system is compatible with popular 3S 600–850mAh batteries, plus the Spektrum™ receiver is equipped with enhanced AS3X+® and optional-use SAFE® Select technologies to make it one of the easiest to fly P-47 models yet. The retractable landing gear with a steerable tail wheel makes it easy to taxi, take off from, and land on smooth surfaces, or you can leave the landing gear retracted to hand launch and belly land when flying over grass. It arrives factory-finished in a fully painted scale trim scheme and is ready to fly after quickly installing the one-piece wing with a single thumbscrew.
E-flite Micro P-47 Thunderbolt 625mm Overview
Built like a flying tank, the P-47 Thunderbolt packed the wallop of eight .50 caliber machine guns and could carry enough bombs plus rockets to wipe a ground target clean off the map. The E-flite® Micro P-47 Thunderbolt 625mm is slightly larger than UMX™ (Ultra Micro eXtreme) and other ultra-micro class models to better replicate the full-scale aircraft's design while including as many scale details as possible in the fully moulded EPO airframe. It's still small and light enough to fly in large yards, small parks, sports fields, and beyond – yet it also features incredible surface details, including moulded-in panel lines, machine guns, and more. Best of all, it's the first "full house" micro class warbird model to include functional retracts, flaps, and LED navigation lights! The high-power brushless outrunner motor can drive the 4-blade propeller with a 3S 600–850mAh battery for everything from smooth and scale-like flight to better-than-scale vertical performance and aggressive aerobatics. The factory-installed Spektrum™ receiver and Avian™ Smart Lite ESC deliver real-time telemetry data, including overall battery voltage, current, motor RPM, and more, to compatible AirWare-equipped transmitters – with Smart and non-Smart batteries. The receiver is also equipped with expertly tuned AS3X+® technology, giving you the smooth, locked-in feel of a larger model – even in some wind – along with optional-use SAFE® Select to make it even easier to fly. The Micro P-47 arrives factory-finished with a premium, fully-painted plus decal trim scheme and mostly factory-assembled with a separate one-piece wing that can be installed or removed quickly and easily with a single thumbscrew. We want to make sure your delivery goes smoothly, so here are some important details about our service:
- For orders above £120, we offer delivery to most mainland UK addresses. For orders under £120, we can still deliver to Northern Ireland and the outlying isles, as long as the item can be sent by Royal Mail, weighs less than 30kg, and fits within 61cm × 46cm × 46cm. Some highland and remote areas may carry an extra delivery charge as couriers often apply surcharges in these locations. If you live in one of these areas, feel free to contact us before ordering so we can confirm the delivery options and costs for you.
- Most of our products include delivery in the price. If your order is under £90, a small delivery fee will apply but do not worry this will always be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Depending on what you choose at checkout, your order will usually be delivered either the next working day or within 2 working days. For next day delivery please place your order before 2:00pm. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. Some items may take a little longer and if that is the case we will always show the expected delivery time on the product page.
- If your order includes items with different dispatch times we will normally wait and send everything together once all items are in stock. If one of the items is going to take a while we will give you the choice either wait for everything to arrive or let us send the available items now and deliver the rest later. It is up to you.
- We use trusted delivery partners to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time. We use DPD for next working day deliveries and Royal Mail for the 2 day option.
- As soon as your order is on its way we will send you a tracking number by email. If you provide your mobile number at checkout we will also send delivery updates straight to your phone so you can keep an eye on progress.
- If a product is marked as "Dispatched within 3 working days" delivery usually takes around 3 to 5 working days from when your order is placed.
- For customers in Inverness and other parts of the Scottish Highlands deliveries can take up to 2 working days even if you select next day delivery as couriers do not currently offer a guaranteed next day service to those areas.
