Technical Performance

The Fastrax 'Enduro' Ball Bearing represents precision engineering at its finest, manufactured to deliver consistent performance under the demanding conditions that modern RC vehicles encounter. With dimensions of 14 x 25.4 x 6mm, this rear bearing is engineered to precise tolerances that ensure it seats perfectly in its mounting location, eliminating play and vibration that could compromise handling or accelerate wear of surrounding components. The ball bearing design incorporates quality steel balls that roll smoothly within precision-ground races, minimising friction whilst supporting the loads placed on the rear axle during acceleration, cornering and braking. For RC hobbyists in the UK who demand reliability from their vehicles whether they're bashing around the garden, tackling trail courses or competing in organised events, the Fastrax 'Enduro' bearing delivers the smooth, consistent performance that keeps your RC car running at its best. The manufacturing quality ensures that these bearings maintain their smoothness through extended use, resisting the degradation that inferior bearings experience. Frequently Asked Questions

  • What vehicles use the Fastrax 'Enduro' Ball Bearing 14 x 25.4 x 6mm rear bearing? — This bearing is compatible with numerous RC vehicle platforms including Element Enduro models, Traxxas TRX-4 crawlers, Axial Racing vehicles, HPI models, Mugen vehicles, Rival MT10, Tamiya models, Team Associated vehicles, Team Losi models and more. Check your vehicle's manual or contact our RC Model Shop team for specific compatibility confirmation.
  • How often should I replace my RC vehicle's ball bearings? — Ball bearing replacement frequency depends on how intensively you use your RC vehicle. Regular users should inspect bearings every 5-10 hours of operation; if you notice grinding noise, rough rotation, or visible wear, it's time to replace them. Having spare bearings on hand means you can keep your RC vehicle running without downtime.
  • Is this bearing suitable for beginner RC hobbyists? — Yes, the Fastrax 'Enduro' Ball Bearing is an excellent choice for anyone maintaining an RC vehicle, whether you're a complete beginner learning about RC car maintenance or an experienced competitor. Bearing replacement is a straightforward maintenance task that teaches valuable RC mechanical skills.
  • What is the difference between quality Fastrax bearings and cheaper alternatives? — Quality bearings like the Fastrax 'Enduro' series are manufactured to precise tolerances with quality materials that resist wear and maintain smooth operation for extended periods. Cheaper bearings often feature looser tolerances, lower-grade steel and degraded smoothness that increases friction, reduces efficiency and requires more frequent replacement, ultimately costing more over time.
