Overview
The Corally Diff Syrup Ultra Pure Silicone 20000 CPS 60ml is an essential maintenance product for RC car enthusiasts across the UK who demand precision and reliability in their differentials. Whether you're running an RC buggy, RC truggy, or any high-performance RC car that requires differential tuning, this premium silicone oil delivers the consistency and quality needed for optimal performance. Manufactured and bottled in Europe to the highest standards, this differential oil represents the professional choice for serious RC hobbyists who understand that proper differential lubrication directly impacts handling, durability and competitive performance.
Differential setup is one of the most critical aspects of RC car tuning, and using the correct viscosity silicone oil makes the difference between a car that handles predictably and one that feels unpredictable on the track or terrain. The Corally Diff Syrup range offers comprehensive viscosity options from thin 3000 CPS through to super thick 100000 CPS, ensuring you can dial in exactly the right setup for your specific racing conditions, track surface and driving style. At 20000 CPS, this medium-heavy formulation suits many standard applications and provides an excellent balance between differential lock-up and slip characteristics.
RC Model Shop stocks the complete Corally Diff Syrup range, making it simple to build your differential tuning toolkit. Whether you're a weekend basher enjoying RC cars for leisure or a competitive racer preparing for the next big event, having the right differential oil on hand ensures you're never limited by maintenance or setup adjustments.
Key Features
- 100% Pure Silicone Formula — This is not a blended or contaminated oil; the ultra-pure silicone composition ensures consistent performance without degradation over time, maintaining its viscosity characteristics through extended use in your RC differential.
- Rheometer Calibrated Quality Control — Each production batch is individually calibrated using industry-standard rheometer equipment to guarantee that every bottle meets exact viscosity specifications, eliminating batch-to-batch variation that could compromise your tuning.
- 20000 CPS Viscosity Rating — The 20000 centistoke rating is measured using proven industry CPS standards, providing the precise medium-heavy viscosity needed for differentials requiring controlled slip and lock-up characteristics in typical racing and bashing applications.
- European Manufacturing and Bottling — Produced and packaged in Europe to the highest quality standards, ensuring you receive a product manufactured under strict quality controls rather than variable overseas production.
- Temperature Stable Performance — The silicone formulation maintains consistent viscosity across temperature variations, so your differential performs predictably whether you're racing in summer heat or cooler autumn conditions common across UK tracks.
- Drop-by-Drop Flip Top Cap — The precision flip top cap with drop-by-drop dispensing ensures you can add exactly the amount of oil needed without waste or mess, making differential adjustments clean and controllable during setup sessions.
- Viscosity Indication Label on Cap — A clear viscosity marking on the flip top cap makes it instantly obvious which oil you're holding, preventing accidental mixing of different weights and ensuring correct identification during multi-car setup sessions.
- 60ml Content (2oz) — The 60ml bottle size provides ample volume for multiple differential fills and adjustments, whilst remaining compact and portable for transport to tracks, events and RC car clubs across the UK.
Technical Performance
The Corally Diff Syrup Ultra Pure Silicone 20000 CPS represents a precision engineering fluid specifically formulated for RC car differential applications. At 20000 centistokes, this viscosity falls into the medium-heavy category, making it suitable for differentials that require a balance between controlled slip during cornering and sufficient lock-up to prevent unwanted wheel spin. The 100% pure silicone composition ensures the oil remains stable and consistent across the temperature ranges typically encountered in RC racing and recreational bashing. Unlike lower-quality oils that may contain contaminants or mineral additives, this ultra-pure formulation maintains its performance characteristics without degradation, supporting consistent handling lap after lap. The rheometer calibration process employed by Team Corally during manufacturing ensures that viscosity measurements are accurate to industry standards, meaning a 20000 CPS bottle from any production batch will perform identically to any other. This consistency is crucial for competitive RC racers who need to replicate setup changes and vehicle behaviour across different race events and training sessions. The temperature stability of the silicone base ensures that whether you're running in the cool conditions of an indoor UK track facility or the variable temperatures of outdoor circuit racing, the differential oil will maintain its intended viscosity characteristics. The 60ml bottle volume is carefully calculated to provide sufficient quantity for multiple applications whilst remaining practical for transport and storage in an RC garage or pit box.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What CPS viscosity do I need for my RC car differential? — The correct viscosity depends on your specific differential, driving style and racing conditions. Corally offers the complete range from 3000 CPS (thin) up to 100000 CPS (super thick), with numerous intermediate stages. The 20000 CPS grade in this bottle suits many standard applications and provides a good balance between controlled slip and lock-up. Start with the manufacturer's recommendation for your specific RC car model, then adjust up or down based on how the differential behaves during testing.
- Is this silicone oil suitable for beginner RC car owners? — Absolutely. Whilst differential tuning is often considered an advanced topic, maintaining your RC car's differential with proper silicone oil is essential maintenance that even beginners should perform. This Corally oil is designed for both recreational bashers and competitive racers, making it an ideal choice for anyone wanting to keep their RC car in optimal condition. The drop-by-drop cap makes application straightforward and mess-free.
- How long does a 60ml bottle last? — A single 60ml bottle will provide multiple differential fills, as typical RC car differentials hold only a few millilitres of oil. Depending on how frequently you service your differentials, a single bottle could last several months of regular RC car use. Having multiple weights in your tuning arsenal allows you to experiment with different setups.
- What is the difference between 20000 CPS and other Corally viscosity grades? — Corally Diff Syrup oils range from 3000 CPS (thin and free-flowing) to 100000 CPS (very thick and restrictive). The 20000 CPS grade sits in the medium-heavy range, making it suitable for moderate lock-up and controlled slip. Lighter oils (3000-10000 CPS) provide faster differential response with more slip, whilst heavier oils (50000+ CPS) create more mechanical lock and slower slip, useful for maximum traction in low-grip conditions. The complete range allows you to dial in the perfect setup for your specific track surface, weather conditions and driving style.
- Is this oil temperature stable? — Yes, the formulation is specifically temperature stable, maintaining consistent viscosity across the temperature ranges encountered in typical RC racing and bashing. This means your differential will perform predictably whether conditions are cool or warm, ensuring consistent vehicle behaviour throughout practice sessions and races.
- Can I use this oil in any RC car differential? — This oil is compatible with any RC car featuring a differential that requires silicone oil, which includes most modern RC buggies, truggy, trucks and saloon cars. Always consult your specific RC car's instruction manual to confirm the recommended viscosity and oil type before application.
