This graphite chassis is an essential component for any serious TC7.2 owner looking to maintain peak performance or keep a spare chassis on hand for competitive racing. Whether you're refreshing a well-used RC car or building up a backup setup, this genuine Team Associated part ensures you maintain the exact fit, durability and performance characteristics that the TC7.2 platform is renowned for in the competitive RC touring car UK scene.

The TC7.2 has established itself as one of the most respected 1/10 scale touring car platforms available to RC enthusiasts across the UK and beyond. This graphite chassis represents the engineering excellence Team Associated is known for, offering the structural integrity and precision engineering that touring car competitors demand. As a replacement or spare part, this chassis allows you to keep your RC car setup current and competitive, whether you're preparing for club races, weekend bashings or just enjoying high-performance RC driving on the track.

Ideal for both seasoned competitors and dedicated hobbyists, the TC7.2 Graphite Chassis maintains the intended geometry and performance characteristics of the TC7.2 platform. The part number AS31771 is the authentic Team Associated designation, ensuring perfect compatibility with all TC7.2 touring cars and accessories. Using genuine parts protects your RC investment and maintains compatibility with other Team Associated components.
  • What touring cars is this chassis compatible with? — This graphite chassis is designed specifically for the Team Associated TC7.2 touring car platform. It maintains the exact fit and performance characteristics required for seamless integration with all TC7.2 components including the motor, ESC, battery, suspension, drivetrain and electronics.
  • When should I replace my TC7.2 chassis? — Consider replacing your chassis if it shows signs of cracking, warping, or if you've had a serious impact or collision. A worn or damaged chassis can compromise handling precision and performance. Having a spare chassis on hand is also excellent practice for competitive racing, allowing you to maintain your schedule even if damage occurs.
  • How does graphite compare to other chassis materials? — Graphite offers an excellent balance between weight savings and structural rigidity. This material is strong enough to handle the demands of competitive touring car racing whilst remaining lightweight enough to maintain the responsive acceleration and handling characteristics that TC7.2 owners expect. The graphite construction resists wear and maintains dimensional accuracy over extended use.
  • Can I use this as a spare chassis for racing? — Absolutely. Many serious RC competitors keep spare chassis on hand for exactly this reason. Having a second chassis ready means you can continue racing even if your primary chassis is damaged, without missing track time or competitive opportunities. Simply transfer your electronics and drivetrain components to the spare chassis.
  • Is this part difficult to install? — Installation is straightforward if you're already familiar with your TC7.2 setup. You'll need to transfer your existing motor, ESC, battery, receiver, servo and other electronics from your old chassis to the new one.
