Buy today. If the price drops on Black Friday, we'll refund you the difference!

If you purchase an eligible product from us between 2nd November 2026 and 26th November 2026, and the price of that same product drops on our website during our Black Friday promotion, we'll refund you the difference.

How does it work?

1. Place your order as normal between 2nd November and 26th November 2026.
2. If the price of the same product drops on our website during Black Friday, simply contact our customer service team.
3. Submit your claim by 5th December 2026, along with:
   • A screenshot or copy of your original order confirmation.
   • A screenshot showing the reduced price of the same product on our website.
4. Once we've verified your claim, we'll arrange a refund for the difference.

Terms & Conditions

1. The Black Friday Price Promise applies to eligible purchases made between 2nd November 2026 and 26th November 2026, inclusive.
2. The price promise applies only to the exact same product, including the same model number and specification.
3. The reduced price must be advertised on our website as part of our Black Friday promotion. Competitor prices and prices advertised on third-party websites are not eligible.
4. The product must be in stock and available to purchase at the reduced price on our website.
5. Clearance items, open-box products, bundles, voucher code discounts and other exclusive or limited-time promotional offers are excluded.
6. Customers must contact us by 5th December 2026 to request a price difference refund. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.
7. Customers must provide proof of their original purchase and a screenshot showing the reduced product price on our website.
8. Once the claim has been verified and approved, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.
9. The price promise applies to the product price only and excludes delivery charges and additional services.
10. This offer cannot be combined with any other price adjustment or retrospective discount.
11. We reserve the right to verify all claims and decline requests that do not meet these terms and conditions.
