These supports are essential upgrades for buggy, crawler, drift car, scale and short course truck applications.
VITAVON's design philosophy centres on making high quality RC parts accessible to every customer, from weekend bashers to competition-level racers. This chassis support set exemplifies that commitment, offering the kind of precision engineering typically found only in elite-level racing builds, now available to UK RC enthusiasts at RC Model Shop.
Key Features
- Aerospace-Grade Aluminium 7075 Construction — These chassis supports are manufactured from premium alu7075, a material selected for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and superior durability, making it ideal for high-stress applications in RC vehicles that demand both lightness and rigidity during aggressive driving conditions.
- CNC Machined Precision Engineering — Every component is produced on high-end CNC machines in VITAVON's own production facility, ensuring tolerances are held to exacting standards that guarantee perfect fitment and optimal performance with your Losi Laser Nut chassis.
- Front and Rear Set Configuration — This comprehensive set includes both front and rear chassis supports, providing complete coverage and balanced structural reinforcement across the entire length of your vehicle's chassis for maximum stability and handling improvement.
- Custom Development Design — VITAVON's experienced development team has custom designed these supports specifically for the Losi Laser Nut platform, ensuring perfect compatibility and optimised performance characteristics tailored to this vehicle's geometry and suspension requirements.
- Multiple Colour Options — Available in silver and red finishes, allowing you to customise your build aesthetic while maintaining the premium quality and performance characteristics that define VITAVON products.
- Enhanced Chassis Stiffness — By adding rigid support structures to critical chassis points, these components significantly reduce flex and improve overall vehicle handling, providing more predictable steering response and better suspension geometry maintenance during high-speed runs and challenging terrain navigation.
- Professional Build Quality — Manufactured by a recognised OEM supplier with rich experience and a professional team dedicated to producing trustworthy RC parts that meet the demanding requirements of both competitive racers and dedicated hobbyists.
Technical Performance
VITAVON's engineering approach to chassis support design focuses on eliminating chassis flex, a common issue that degrades handling precision in RC buggies, crawlers and short course trucks. The use of aerospace-grade alu7075 provides exceptional rigidity whilst maintaining minimal weight addition to your vehicle, a critical balance that separates premium aftermarket parts from budget alternatives. These supports are engineered to work seamlessly with the Losi Laser Nut's existing suspension geometry and chassis mounting points, requiring no modification to your vehicle for installation. The precision CNC machining ensures that every support bracket aligns perfectly with factory specifications, maintaining proper suspension angles and ride height. For UK RC enthusiasts running demanding courses, whether competitive racing circuits or challenging technical terrain, these chassis supports provide the structural enhancement needed to maintain consistent handling characteristics throughout extended driving sessions. The alu7075 material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance compared to standard aluminium grades, meaning these components will maintain their appearance and structural integrity through repeated exposure to moisture during wet weather driving. Build quality is immediately apparent upon inspection—clean lines, perfect edges, and precisely machined mounting holes demonstrate the production standards VITAVON maintains across their entire product range.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is the VITAVON CNC alu7075 Chassis Support Set compatible with my Losi Laser Nut? — Yes, these supports are custom designed specifically for the Losi Laser Nut platform. VITAVON engineers develop each component with precise fitment and optimal performance for their target vehicle in mind, ensuring perfect compatibility without requiring any modifications to your chassis.
- What colour options are available for this chassis support set? — The default colour is silver, which offers a clean, professional appearance that complements most vehicle builds. If you require the red finish option instead, please confirm your colour choice in your order confirmation, and the team will ensure you receive your preferred finish.
- Will these chassis supports improve my vehicle's handling? — Absolutely. Chassis flex is a primary cause of inconsistent handling in RC vehicles. By adding rigid support structures at critical chassis points, these VITAVON components significantly reduce flex and improve overall steering response precision, providing more predictable handling characteristics during cornering and technical terrain navigation.
- What material are these supports made from and why is alu7075 important? — These supports are manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminium 7075, selected specifically for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. This material offers superior rigidity compared to standard aluminium grades whilst maintaining minimal weight addition, making it the ideal choice for performance-critical RC components where both strength and light weight are essential.
- Are these suitable for beginners or only experienced builders? — Whilst VITAVON manufactures competition-grade components, these chassis supports are suitable for any RC enthusiast who wants to upgrade their Losi Laser Nut with premium quality parts. Installation requires standard RC building knowledge and basic tools. If you're new to RC modifications, we recommend consulting your vehicle's manual or seeking advice from experienced RC hobbyists before installation.
- What vehicles is this chassis support set compatible with? — VITAVON designed these supports specifically for the Losi Laser Nut, however the compatible vehicle types listed include buggies, crawlers, drift cars, scale vehicles and short course trucks that share similar chassis configurations with the Laser Nut platform.
- How do VITAVON parts compare to other aftermarket chassis upgrades? — VITAVON distinguishes itself through custom design specifically tailored to each vehicle platform, precision CNC manufacturing in their own facility (not outsourced production), and material selection that prioritises performance.
