However, orders below £120 can be delivered to outlying Isles and Northern Ireland, provided they meet specific criteria: they must be deliverable by Royal Mail, weigh less than 30kg, and fit within the dimensions of 61cm x 46cm x 46cm. Please be aware that certain highland areas may entail additional delivery fees, as couriers often charge more for these deliveries. - Delivery is typically included in the price for the majority of our products, unless otherwise specified. However, please note that orders under £90 will incur an additional delivery charge. You can easily view this charge on the checkout page when finalising your purchase. We aim to maintain transparency in our pricing structure while providing you with the best possible service.
- Most orders will be delivered via either a next working day delivery service or within 2 working days, depending on your chosen service. Please note that for next working day delivery, the cut-off time is 2pm, and dispatch occurs exclusively on weekdays. However, certain items may have longer shipping times, and the expected delivery period will be clearly specified in the product listing.
- To streamline your order fulfillment process, please note that when your order includes items with varying shipping times, we follow this approach: If any item in your order has a longer shipping time, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock.
