Key Features
- 10kg Torque Rating — The servo delivers a substantial 10kg of torque, providing excellent pulling power for steering linkages, control surfaces, and mechanical systems in demanding RC applications where standard servos simply won't suffice.
- Steel Gear Construction — Unlike plastic alternatives, the steel gear design resists stripping and wear, ensuring your servo maintains consistent performance over extended use and multiple seasons of RC car operation.
- Waterproof Design — The sealed waterproof construction protects internal components from moisture, dirt, and water splash, making this servo suitable for wet weather running, water-based crawling, and challenging outdoor conditions common in UK RC hobby locations.
- 25T Spline — The 25-tooth spline is a widely supported standard that ensures compatibility with an extensive range of servo horns, linkages, and aftermarket accessories available for RC vehicles throughout the hobby.
- Standard Profile — The standard-size design fits within conventional servo mounting locations found on most RC cars, buggies, and aircraft, providing straightforward integration into your existing setup.
Technical Performance
The Spektrum S662 represents a significant step up in servo performance with its 10kg torque output and robust steel gear construction. Engineered for reliable operation in the demanding world of RC hobbies, this servo excels in applications where precision control and mechanical durability are essential. The steel gears provide superior longevity compared to plastic alternatives, resisting the cumulative wear that comes from repeated steering inputs and load cycling. The waterproof sealing means you can confidently operate this servo in challenging UK weather conditions, whether during winter rain, muddy crawling sessions, or summer water fording exercises. The 25T spline configuration is an industry standard, ensuring maximum compatibility when sourcing replacement servo horns or upgrading control linkages on your RC car or aircraft.
