Overview
The BLH Tail Rotor Bellcrank for the Blade Fusion 360 is a genuine OEM replacement part designed to maintain the precise tail rotor control characteristics that make this helicopter such a joy to fly. Whether you're an experienced RC helicopter pilot looking to keep your Fusion 360 in perfect flying condition, or a hobbyist who needs to repair damage after a heavy landing, this bellcrank is an essential spare component. As a genuine Blade part, it ensures that your helicopter's tail rotor responds exactly as Blade engineered it, giving you the confidence to push your flying skills further.
RC helicopter flying in the UK has become increasingly popular, with the Fusion 360 being one of the most respected and capable 3-blade helicopters on the market. The tail rotor bellcrank is a critical mechanical component that translates control inputs from your radio transmitter into precise pitch adjustments of the tail rotor blades. When this part becomes worn, bent, or damaged through normal use or a crash, replacing it with a genuine Blade component is the best way to restore your helicopter to factory specifications. Unlike generic aftermarket alternatives, this genuine Blade part maintains the exact geometry and tolerances that your Fusion 360 requires.
Keeping your helicopter equipped with genuine Blade spares and parts is the professional approach to RC helicopter maintenance and repair. RC Model Shop stocks a comprehensive range of Fusion 360 parts, from main rotor components and tail assemblies to landing gear, bearings, and hardware packs. With shadow stock availability and regular shipments from our suppliers, we can get you back in the air quickly, whether you need next-day delivery on in-stock items or are happy to wait for our next delivery of special-order parts.
Key Features
- Genuine Blade OEM Part — This is an authentic Blade factory component, not a third-party replica or generic substitute, which means it meets the exact specifications and tolerances required by your Fusion 360 helicopter to maintain proper tail rotor control and flight characteristics.
- Precise Engineering — The bellcrank is manufactured to exacting standards to ensure that tail rotor pitch control inputs are transmitted smoothly and accurately from your radio receiver to the tail rotor hub, giving you the responsive, predictable handling you expect from your Fusion 360.
- Direct OEM Replacement — This part is engineered specifically for the Blade Fusion 360 and will fit perfectly without any modification, adjustment, or fitting issues, making installation straightforward for experienced helicopter technicians.
- Durability and Reliability — Blade's engineering ensures that this bellcrank component will withstand the stresses and vibrations of helicopter flight, providing years of reliable service when maintained properly.
- Essential Maintenance Component — Keeping this critical part in good condition is fundamental to safe helicopter operation, as any play or damage in the tail control linkage can result in unstable tail rotor response and poor flight control.
Technical Performance
The Blade Fusion 360 Tail Rotor Bellcrank is a precision-engineered mechanical component that forms part of the helicopter's tail rotor control system. The bellcrank serves as a mechanical lever that translates vertical movement from the tail servo into the proper pitch adjustments needed to control tail rotor blade angle. This component must be manufactured to precise tolerances to ensure that control inputs are transmitted with minimal play or delay, which is critical for maintaining stable tail rotor performance during flight. The part is designed to work seamlessly with the Fusion 360's tail pitch slider, tail servo mount, and tail rotor hub assembly. As with all Blade Fusion 360 spares, this bellcrank maintains the factory flight characteristics and control response that have made the Fusion 360 one of the most respected RC helicopters available to UK enthusiasts and experienced pilots alike. The precision of this component directly impacts your helicopter's ability to maintain stable yaw authority and respond crisply to your control inputs, which becomes increasingly important as you progress to more advanced flying techniques and higher flight speeds.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Will this bellcrank fit my Blade Fusion 360 helicopter? — Yes, this genuine Blade part is engineered specifically for the Fusion 360 airframe. However, always confirm the part number against your helicopter's manual to ensure you have the correct variant for your specific model year or configuration.
- What does the tail rotor bellcrank do on my Fusion 360? — The bellcrank is a critical mechanical linkage component that translates control signals from your tail servo into pitch adjustments of the tail rotor blades. It acts as a lever mechanism that converts the linear motion of the servo into the rotational movement needed to control tail rotor blade angle, allowing you to maintain stable yaw control and prevent tail drift during flight.
- How do I know if my bellcrank needs replacing? — Signs that your bellcrank may need replacement include sloppy or unresponsive tail rotor control, difficulty maintaining stable yaw authority, visible cracks or bending in the component, or wear marks at attachment points. If you experience unexplained tail control issues after an otherwise successful flight session, inspection of the bellcrank and associated tail control linkages is often the first troubleshooting step.
- Is this difficult to install? — Installation requires mechanical aptitude and familiarity with RC helicopter maintenance. You will need to disassemble portions of the tail control linkage system to access and remove the old bellcrank, then install the new component and reassemble everything. Your Blade Fusion 360 manual contains detailed assembly instructions and exploded view diagrams that you should consult before beginning any work. If you are not experienced with helicopter maintenance, you may wish to have the installation performed by an experienced technician.
- Can I buy this as part of a complete tail assembly instead? — Yes, RC Model Shop stocks several complete Fusion 360 tail components and assemblies. If you need multiple tail rotor parts or a complete rebuild, you may want to check our range of Tail Boom Sets, Rear Tail Cases, Tail Rotor Hubs, Tail Pitch Sliders, and other tail components to see if a complete assembly kit would be more suitable for your needs.
- What is the difference between genuine Blade parts and generic alternatives? — Genuine Blade parts are manufactured to precise OEM specifications and tolerances, ensuring perfect fit and maintaining the exact flight characteristics that Blade engineered into your helicopter. Generic or aftermarket parts may have slight dimensional variations that can result in play in the control linkages, unpredictable handling characteristics, or compatibility issues. For a critical component like the tail rotor bellcrank, choosing the genuine Blade part is a worthwhile investment in reliability and performance.
- How quickly can I get this bellcrank? — RC Model Shop maintains comprehensive stock levels of Blade Fusion 360 spares. This particular part currently has expected supplier stock arrival on 30 May. Once in stock, we offer next-day delivery on in-stock items to customers across the UK. Contact us on WhatsApp or phone on 01543 577278 to check current availability and arrange your order.
