Overview

The BLH Tail Rotor Pushrod Guide for the Blade Fusion 360 is an essential replacement component designed for RC helicopter enthusiasts across the UK who demand reliability and precision in their aircraft. This genuine Blade spare part is engineered to maintain the exact flight characteristics and control response that make the Fusion 360 such a popular choice among both experienced pilots and those new to RC helicopter flying. Whether you're recovering from a crash, performing routine maintenance, or upgrading your helicopter, this pushrod guide ensures your tail rotor control linkage operates smoothly and consistently.

For RC helicopter pilots in the UK looking to keep their Blade Fusion 360 in peak flying condition, maintaining critical components like the tail rotor pushrod guide is essential. This part plays a crucial role in the tail rotor control system, guiding the pushrod that connects your tail servo to the tail rotor pitch mechanism. A worn or damaged pushrod guide can compromise control precision and responsiveness, affecting your ability to maintain stable flight. By choosing genuine Blade parts like this Z-BLH5217 pushrod guide, you're investing in authenticity and reliability rather than settling for generic alternatives that may not deliver the same performance.

RC Model Shop stocks a comprehensive range of genuine Blade Fusion 360 spares and upgrades, from main blades and tail booms to feathering shafts, main gears, swashplates, bearings, and hardware packs. This tail rotor pushrod guide is part of that complete selection, ensuring you can find exactly what you need to keep your helicopter flying. Our big stock levels mean more items are ready to ship for fast turnaround, and our knowledgeable team can help you identify the right part for your specific model variant.

  • Genuine Blade Component — This is an original equipment manufacturer part designed specifically for the Fusion 360, ensuring perfect fitment and maintaining the flight characteristics you expect from your helicopter. Using genuine parts preserves the engineering integrity of your aircraft.
  • Precision Engineering — The pushrod guide is engineered to precise tolerances, ensuring smooth movement of the tail rotor control linkage without binding or excessive play, which is critical for responsive tail control.
  • Durable Construction — Built to withstand the demands of regular RC helicopter operation, this component is designed to provide long service life even with frequent flying.
  • Easy Installation — The pushrod guide integrates seamlessly with the Fusion 360 airframe assembly, making replacement straightforward for pilots familiar with basic RC helicopter maintenance.
  • Part of Complete System — This guide works as part of the tail rotor control system, which also includes the tail servo, bellcrank, and pitch slider, all available as genuine Blade spares from RC Model Shop.

Technical Performance

The tail rotor pushrod guide is a critical mechanical component in the Fusion 360's tail control system. This component serves as a bearing point or guide for the pushrod that transmits control inputs from the tail servo to the tail rotor pitch slider, ultimately controlling the blade pitch angle and thus the helicopter's yaw response. The guide must maintain precise alignment and smooth operation to ensure that servo movements translate accurately into tail rotor control inputs. The Fusion 360 is engineered as a sophisticated 3D-capable electric RC helicopter, and maintaining component precision throughout the drivetrain and control systems is essential for predictable handling characteristics. This genuine Blade part maintains the exact specifications required by the Fusion 360 design, ensuring that replacement doesn't degrade the helicopter's responsiveness or flight envelope. Whether you're flying FBL (flybarless) with modern control boards or using traditional stabiliser bar systems, this pushrod guide ensures reliable tail rotor control that responds instantly to your input commands.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is the Blade Fusion 360 tail rotor pushrod guide suitable for beginners? — This is a replacement spare part rather than a complete system, so it's designed for RC helicopter pilots who already have a Fusion 360 and are performing maintenance or repairs. Beginners to RC helicopters would start with a complete Fusion 360 ready-to-fly package, and this guide becomes relevant once they're ready to maintain their aircraft.
  • How do I know if my pushrod guide needs replacement? — Signs of wear include excessive play in the tail rotor control linkage, difficulty maintaining stable tail control, or visible cracks or damage to the guide component. If you've had a crash that affected the tail boom or control linkage area, inspecting and potentially replacing the pushrod guide is recommended.
  • What other tail rotor components are available for the Fusion 360? — RC Model Shop stocks a complete range of Fusion 360 tail rotor components, including the tail rotor hub (BLH5213), tail pitch slider (BLH5214), rear tail case (BLH5215), tail boom sets (BLH5218), tail boom clamps (BLH5219), tail belt guide (BLH5220), and tail rotor bellcrank (BLH5226), allowing you to source everything needed for complete tail system repairs or upgrades.
  • Will this fit my specific Fusion 360 variant? — The Z-BLH5217 is designed for the Blade Fusion 360. Before ordering, consult your instruction manual (BLH6150) to confirm this is the correct part for your model variant, as Blade has produced several Fusion 360 versions with different features and specifications.
