Overview

The BLH Damper Set, 90 Duro (2) for the Blade Fusion 360 is an essential genuine spare part designed to maintain the superior flight characteristics and handling of your RC helicopter. Whether you're a dedicated RC hobbyist in the UK looking to keep your Fusion 360 in peak condition or someone who regularly flies and needs reliable replacement parts, this damper set is the perfect solution. Dampers are critical components that absorb vibration and impact energy during flight and landing, helping to stabilise the helicopter and reduce wear on other components. This official Blade part ensures that your Fusion 360 continues to perform exactly as intended by the manufacturer.

Genuine Blade parts are engineered to precise specifications and maintain the flight characteristics you expect from your Fusion 360. Rather than settling for generic or aftermarket alternatives, choosing authentic Blade spares guarantees compatibility, durability and performance. The 90 Duro rating indicates the hardness of the damper material, which has been specifically selected to provide the optimal balance of shock absorption and responsiveness for this helicopter platform. RC enthusiasts throughout the UK trust genuine Blade components to keep their aircraft flying safely and smoothly.

This two-piece damper set comes ready to install and is straightforward to fit, making it an ideal maintenance item for both experienced flyers and those new to helicopter repair and maintenance. After a bump or during routine maintenance schedules, having genuine replacement dampers ensures your Fusion 360 remains in factory-specification condition. Keep your helicopter flying with confidence by stocking genuine Blade spare parts from RC Model Shop.

Key Features

  • Genuine Blade Component — These are authentic OEM parts manufactured by Blade, ensuring they meet exact factory specifications and will perform precisely as the helicopter's engineering was designed to accommodate.
  • 90 Duro Hardness Rating — The 90 Duro material specification has been carefully chosen to provide optimal vibration damping and shock absorption whilst maintaining the responsive flight handling characteristics that Fusion 360 pilots expect.
  • Set of Two Dampers — This package includes two replacement dampers, which is the complete set needed for proper installation and balanced performance across your helicopter's frame.
  • Direct Fit Design — These dampers are engineered specifically for the Blade Fusion 360 airframe, guaranteeing perfect compatibility and eliminating any guesswork about fitment.
  • Essential Maintenance Part — Dampers experience regular wear during normal flight operation and impact from landings, making them an important consumable component to replace during routine maintenance cycles.
  • Restores Flight Stability — Worn or damaged dampers can compromise flight stability and introduce unwanted vibration, so replacing them with genuine Blade units helps restore the helicopter to its optimal handling state.

Technical Performance

The BLH Damper Set represents genuine Blade engineering for the Fusion 360 helicopter platform. Dampers are critical vibration isolation components that work by absorbing impact energy and reducing oscillation transmitted through the airframe during flight, hovering and landing. The 90 Duro hardness specification indicates the durometer rating of the elastomer material, which provides the precise balance of compliance and stiffness needed for this helicopter class. Blade engineers have specified this hardness grade to ensure that dampers absorb high-frequency vibrations whilst remaining stiff enough to provide structural support and maintain the helicopter's rigid airframe geometry. The two-piece set provides complete coverage for the damping points on your Fusion 360, ensuring balanced vibration isolation across the entire aircraft. These are engineered to withstand repeated impact events and continuous vibration exposure whilst maintaining their material properties over hundreds of flight hours. The damper material will gradually harden and lose elasticity with age and exposure, making periodic replacement an important part of helicopter maintenance. Using genuine Blade parts ensures that you receive components manufactured to the exact specifications that Blade's design engineers created the Fusion 360 to work with.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How often should I replace the dampers on my Fusion 360? — Dampers are wear items that gradually harden and lose their vibration-absorbing properties over time. If you notice increased vibration during flight or less stable hovering, it's time to replace them. Regular maintenance schedules typically recommend inspection after every 50-100 flight hours, with replacement when material degradation is evident.
  • What does the 90 Duro rating mean? — Durometer (Duro) is a measurement scale for the hardness of elastomer materials. The 90 Duro specification indicates a relatively firm rubber compound that provides strong vibration damping whilst maintaining structural rigidity. This rating has been specifically selected by Blade engineers for optimal Fusion 360 performance.
  • Is this difficult to install? — These dampers are designed for straightforward installation by RC hobbyists with basic maintenance skills. Always consult your Blade Fusion 360 instruction manual for specific installation procedures to ensure proper placement and orientation. If you're unsure, our knowledgeable team at RC Model Shop can provide guidance.
  • Why should I use genuine Blade parts instead of aftermarket dampers? — Genuine Blade components are engineered to precise specifications that match the Fusion 360's design. Using authentic parts ensures full compatibility, guaranteed performance and helps maintain your helicopter's flight characteristics as the manufacturer intended. Aftermarket alternatives may not provide the same vibration isolation or durability.
  • Will these dampers fit my Fusion 360 model? — Yes, these dampers are designed specifically for the Blade Fusion 360 helicopter. Always verify your helicopter model matches before purchasing any spare parts, and refer to your instruction manual for the correct part number (Z-BLH5205).
