Overview
The ARRMA Shock Bladder (4) Z-AR330208 is an essential suspension maintenance component for RC enthusiasts who demand reliability and performance from their high-speed RC cars and trucks. Whether you're a dedicated racer running competitive events or a weekend basher pushing your RC vehicle to its limits, shock bladders are critical wear items that need regular replacement to maintain optimal suspension performance. These genuine ARRMA spare parts are manufactured to the highest standards and designed specifically for ARRMA's range of brushless RC models, ensuring perfect compatibility and consistent performance every time you service your vehicle's suspension system.
If you're serious about keeping your RC vehicle in peak condition, understanding the role of shock bladders is crucial. These flexible rubber components work within your shock absorbers to manage fluid displacement and maintain consistent damping characteristics across all suspension movement. Over time, bladders can deteriorate, crack or lose elasticity, especially if you regularly run your RC in extreme conditions or push your vehicle hard on the track or off-road terrain. That's why having spare shock bladders on hand is a smart investment for any RC model enthusiast in the UK looking to maintain their equipment and avoid downtime during the racing season or weekend basher sessions.
This pack provides four replacement bladders, giving you the complete set needed to service all four shock absorbers on your ARRMA RC vehicle. Built from strong and flexible rubber material specifically formulated to withstand extreme conditions, these shock bladders deliver long-lasting performance whether you're running your RC car through rough terrain, across concrete, or at high speeds on the track. When you choose genuine ARRMA spares like the Z-AR330208, you're investing in the reliability and precision that keeps your RC suspension performing at its absolute best.
Key Features
- Pack of Four Bladders — This package includes four shock bladders, providing a complete replacement set for all four shock absorbers on your ARRMA RC vehicle, ensuring consistent suspension performance across the entire chassis.
- Strong and Flexible Rubber Material — Manufactured from high-quality rubber compound that combines strength with flexibility, these bladders are engineered to withstand extreme conditions and maintain their elasticity through countless suspension cycles without cracking or degrading.
- Long-Lasting Performance — Designed to deliver extended service life, these shock bladders maintain consistent fluid displacement characteristics and damping response, ensuring your suspension performs reliably even in demanding driving conditions.
- Genuine ARRMA Spare Part — As an official ARRMA component, the Z-AR330208 is manufactured to exact OEM specifications, guaranteeing perfect fit and compatibility with your ARRMA RC vehicle without modification or adjustment required.
- Essential Maintenance Component — Shock bladders are wear items that naturally deteriorate over time; keeping genuine replacements on hand ensures you can quickly service your suspension system and maintain optimal performance without extended downtime.
Technical Performance
Shock bladders are critical internal components within your RC vehicle's shock absorbers, working in conjunction with shock oil and the shock piston to manage suspension movement and maintain consistent damping. The rubber bladder itself creates a sealed chamber within the shock body, allowing the suspension fluid to move freely while maintaining pressure equilibrium and preventing air from entering the shock system, which would cause inconsistent damping and poor performance. Over time, particularly with intensive use or exposure to extreme environmental conditions, these bladders can develop micro-cracks, lose their elasticity, or deteriorate, resulting in poor suspension response, inconsistent shock performance, and diminished handling characteristics. The ARRMA Shock Bladder Z-AR330208 is manufactured from premium-grade rubber compound specifically formulated to resist degradation from shock oil contact, temperature extremes, and the constant compression and expansion cycles inherent in high-performance RC suspension systems. By replacing worn bladders with these genuine ARRMA components, you restore your shock absorbers to factory specification performance, ensuring predictable suspension behaviour, consistent ground contact, and the precise handling characteristics that ARRMA's engineering team intended. Whether you're running high-speed brushless RC vehicles like the ARRMA Felony 6S, the ARRMA Infraction 6S, the 1/7 LIMITLESS 8S, or any other compatible ARRMA model, maintaining your suspension components with genuine spares ensures your RC car or truck performs at its best across all driving conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How often should I replace shock bladders on my ARRMA RC vehicle? — Shock bladders should be inspected regularly and replaced whenever they show signs of damage, cracks, or loss of elasticity. If you're running your RC vehicle regularly, particularly in competitive settings or extreme conditions, replacing bladders annually or every season is recommended as part of your preventative maintenance routine. If you notice poor suspension performance, inconsistent damping response, or your shocks feeling spongy, this often indicates bladder deterioration and immediate replacement is advised.
- Are these shock bladders compatible with my ARRMA RC car? — The ARRMA Shock Bladder Z-AR330208 is compatible with a wide range of ARRMA models including the Felony 6S BLX (both orange and black variants), the Infraction 6S BLX (silver and blue variants), the 1/7 LIMITLESS 8S AVC 4X4 RTR BLX, the MOJAVE 6S V2 BLX (red/black and green/black variants), the 1/7 TALION 6S EXB 4X4 RTR, the Typhon 6S V5 BLX, and the 1/8 TLR Tuned TYPHON 6S 4WD BLX Buggy RTR. If you're unsure whether these bladders are compatible with your specific ARRMA model, please consult the spare parts diagram for your vehicle or contact our expert team.
- Do I need any special tools to replace shock bladders? — Replacing shock bladders typically requires removing the shock assembly from your RC vehicle, unscrewing the shock cap, draining the shock oil carefully into a suitable container, and then removing the old bladder and installing the new one before refilling with fresh shock oil and reinstalling the shock. Most RC enthusiasts can perform this maintenance task with basic tools, though some may prefer to have their local RC hobby shop perform the service. It's recommended to replace all four bladders at the same time to ensure consistent suspension performance across your entire vehicle.
- What is the difference between genuine ARRMA bladders and aftermarket alternatives? — Genuine ARRMA Shock Bladders like the Z-AR330208 are manufactured to exact OEM specifications using premium rubber compound formulated specifically for ARRMA shock systems. Aftermarket or third-party bladders may not provide the same level of fit precision, material quality, or performance consistency. By choosing genuine ARRMA spares, you're investing in components engineered and tested specifically for your vehicle, ensuring optimal suspension performance and reliability that directly impacts your RC car's handling, speed, and overall driving experience.
- Can I use these bladders in other shock brands or RC vehicles? — These shock bladders are engineered specifically for ARRMA shock systems. While the physical dimensions may be similar to some other shock bladders on the market, using non-compatible bladders could result in poor fit, inconsistent performance, or potential damage to your shock absorbers. Always use genuine ARRMA bladders in your ARRMA vehicles to maintain proper suspension function and preserve your warranty.
