  • Supplied as a Pair — You receive two shock spring collars in each pack, which is the complete set needed for your RC buggy's front and rear suspension, eliminating the need to purchase multiple packs.
  • Genuine Team Associated Component — These are authentic factory parts manufactured by Team Associated, meaning they meet the same quality standards and tolerances as the original components fitted to your vehicle.
  • Wider Spring Choice Options — By using these collars, you can access a significantly broader range of 20mm-sized springs from various manufacturers, giving you unparalleled flexibility in tuning your suspension stiffness and response characteristics.
  • Suspension Fine-Tuning Capability — The primary benefit of having quality shock spring collars is the ability to precisely dial in your suspension geometry for different track conditions, whether you're racing on carpet, asphalt, dirt, or clay surfaces.
  • Direct Replacement Component — Whether you've damaged your original collars or simply want to experiment with different spring combinations, these parts are a straightforward upgrade or replacement that requires no modification to your RC car.

Technical Performance

The RC8B3/RC8B3.1/RC8B3.2 Shock Spring Collars are manufactured to exacting tolerances that reflect Team Associated's commitment to competition-level quality. The 20mm I.D. specification is precisely machined to ensure a perfect fit with your shock springs, eliminating any play or movement that could compromise your vehicle's handling. These collars are engineered from durable materials selected to withstand the stresses of repeated suspension cycles during both casual running and intense racing applications. The precision engineering ensures that your spring preload remains consistent throughout a race day, preventing the suspension geometry from shifting and maintaining predictable handling characteristics lap after lap. In the context of the RC8B3 platform, which is renowned for its responsive suspension design and adjustability, these shock spring collars are critical to unlocking the full potential of your suspension tuning. Whether you're running stiffer springs for high-grip track conditions or softer springs for loose dirt surfaces, the precision fitment of these genuine Team Associated collars ensures that your spring rate selection directly translates to the handling you experience. The 20mm diameter has become the standard across modern 1/10-scale RC buggies, and Team Associated's collars represent the benchmark for quality and reliability in this application.
