Overview
The Corally Diff Syrup Ultra Pure Silicone 7500 CPS is an essential maintenance product for RC enthusiasts who demand precision and consistency in their differential tuning. Whether you're a competitive racer fine-tuning your RC car UK setup or a weekend basher looking to optimise your vehicle's handling characteristics, this premium silicone oil delivers the performance you need. Manufactured and bottled in Europe to the highest standards, this differential fluid represents the gold standard in RC maintenance products for serious hobbyists and professionals alike.
Differential oil is critical for RC car performance, controlling how your vehicle's differentials behave under acceleration, cornering and load transfer. The viscosity you choose directly impacts your RC model's turning characteristics, traction and overall handling balance. With this 7500 CPS formulation, you're selecting a medium-viscosity option that suits a wide variety of driving conditions and vehicle setups, making it an incredibly versatile choice for RC enthusiasts across the UK.
What sets Corally's Diff Syrup range apart is the meticulous quality control applied to every single batch. Each production run is rheometer calibrated to ensure consistency from bottle to bottle, meaning you can confidently restock knowing you're getting exactly the same viscosity and performance characteristics. This level of precision manufacturing is exactly what discerning RC car UK owners expect from a premium brand.
Key Features
- Ultra Pure Silicone Formula — Manufactured from 100% pure silicone oil, this product delivers superior thermal stability and consistent performance across a wide temperature range, ensuring your differential tuning remains stable whether you're racing in summer heat or winter conditions across the UK.
- Rheometer Calibrated Quality Control — Every production batch is tested and calibrated using industry-standard rheometer equipment to guarantee the highest possible consistency and quality from batch to batch, eliminating variability that could affect your RC car's handling.
- Precise CPS Viscosity Rating — Rated at 7500 CPS (centipoise), this viscosity sits in the medium range of Corally's comprehensive lineup, providing excellent all-round performance for most driving styles and track conditions without requiring specialist tuning knowledge.
- Drop-by-Drop Flip Top Cap — The precision flip-top applicator bottle allows you to apply exactly the right amount of differential oil without waste or spillage, making maintenance clean, controlled and hassle-free in your workshop or pit area.
- Viscosity Indication Label on Cap — A clear labelling system on the bottle cap identifies the viscosity grade at a glance, eliminating confusion when you have multiple oils in your maintenance kit and ensuring you apply the correct specification to your differentials.
- Temperature Stable Performance — The formulation maintains consistent viscosity across a wide temperature range, meaning your differential tuning won't shift unpredictably when racing in varying ambient conditions throughout the UK racing season.
- Generous 60ml Capacity — A 60ml bottle provides ample quantity for multiple complete differential services on your RC cars, representing excellent value and ensuring you always have spare oil on hand for maintenance or experiment with different viscosities.
- European Manufacturing Standards — Manufactured and bottled in Europe according to stringent quality protocols, this product meets the exacting standards expected by competitive RC racers and enthusiasts who demand reliability and consistency.
Technical Performance
The Corally Diff Syrup 7500 CPS represents a medium-viscosity differential oil engineered for precision control in competitive and recreational RC applications. At 7500 centistokes, this formulation occupies a sweet spot in the viscosity spectrum—thick enough to provide meaningful friction and lock-up characteristics in your differentials, yet fluid enough to maintain smooth operation across varying temperature conditions. The 100% pure silicone construction ensures thermal stability, preventing viscosity breakdown during extended racing sessions where friction and heat generation can stress inferior oils. The rheometer calibration process employed by Team Corally during manufacturing is crucial to serious racers; this ensures batch-to-batch consistency that allows you to replicate setups reliably across multiple RC vehicles or when you need to reorder stock. The 60ml volume is presented in a professional-grade bottle with precision flip-top delivery, allowing micro-adjustments to differential feel without the mess and waste associated with standard pourers. For UK RC enthusiasts building competitive vehicles or simply seeking to maximise the potential of their existing RC car collection, this viscosity grade bridges the gap between thin oils (3000 CPS) suitable for free-diff setups and extremely heavy oils (100000 CPS) required for locked or lightly-spooled differentials. The temperature-stable formula means your setup won't require constant readjustment as you move between indoor and outdoor racing venues or transition between seasonal racing conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What viscosity should I choose for my RC car differential? — The correct viscosity depends on your vehicle setup, driving style and track conditions. The 7500 CPS formulation is a versatile medium option suitable for most standard setups. Team Corally offers a complete range from 3000 CPS up to 100000 CPS, allowing you to fine-tune differential behaviour precisely. Many UK RC racers start with medium viscosities like this 7500 CPS and adjust upwards for more locked feeling or downwards for freer differentials based on track feedback.
- Why is rheometer calibration important? — Rheometer calibration ensures every bottle has exactly the same viscosity, measured scientifically rather than estimated. This consistency is critical for competitive racing where small changes in differential feel can affect lap times. When you reorder, you know you're getting identical performance, allowing you to replicate winning setups reliably.
- Is 7500 CPS suitable for beginners? — Yes, absolutely. The 7500 CPS grade is an excellent starting point for RC enthusiasts new to differential tuning. It provides a forgiving, balanced feel that works well on most surfaces and driving styles. As you gain experience and develop your driving technique, you can experiment with thicker or thinner oils to further optimise your vehicle's handling characteristics.
- What is the difference between Corally oils and other differential fluids? — Corally Diff Syrup stands out through European manufacturing, rigorous rheometer calibration of every batch, 100% pure silicone formulation, and comprehensive viscosity range covering 3000 CPS to 100000 CPS. This attention to detail and quality control ensures consistency that budget alternatives cannot match, making Corally the choice of serious UK RC racers and competitors.
- How long does 60ml last? — One bottle provides sufficient oil for multiple complete differential services depending on how much oil your specific vehicle requires. A typical RC differential might use 2-4ml per service, meaning this 60ml bottle can service 15-30 differentials, providing excellent value. Many UK RC enthusiasts keep multiple bottles of different viscosities for experimenting with setups.
- Is this suitable for all RC car types? — Yes, this differential oil is suitable for any RC car with a spur-gear differential including buggies, trucks, touring cars, short-course trucks and more. It's not suitable for slipper clutches or other drivetrain components—use only in differentials as designed.
