Overview

The Corally Diff Syrup Ultra Pure Silicone 2000000 CPS 60ml (C-81630) is a premium differential lubricant specifically formulated for high-performance RC car differentials. Whether you're a competitive racer fine-tuning your 1/10 scale RC buggy, a dedicated basher maintaining your RC monster truck, or an RC enthusiast in the UK looking to optimise your vehicle's handling characteristics, this ultra-pure silicone oil delivers professional-grade performance. Corally has engineered this product to meet the exacting demands of modern RC competition and serious hobbyists who refuse to compromise on quality.

This differential syrup represents the pinnacle of silicone oil technology for RC applications. The 2000000 cSt (centistoke) viscosity rating makes this an extremely thick, viscous oil designed for heavy-duty differential applications where maximum control and precision are essential. The 60ml bottle provides ample product for multiple differential fills and maintenance sessions, making it excellent value for money for RC enthusiasts who maintain their vehicles regularly.

As a 100% pure silicone oil formulation, this product stands apart from inferior alternatives that use additives or blends. The purity of the formulation ensures consistent performance, superior thermal stability, and reliable operation across varying ambient temperatures—whether you're racing on a cold UK winter morning or bashing in warmer conditions. Corally's commitment to quality means you're investing in a product that delivers exactly what it promises: professional differential control for your RC car.

Key Features

  • 100% Pure Silicone Oil — This product contains pure silicone with no additives or fillers, ensuring maximum purity and consistency in every application, which translates to reliable differential performance and predictable handling characteristics in your RC car.
  • 2000000 cSt Viscosity Rating — The extremely high viscosity rating of 2 million centistokes creates a thick, viscous fluid that provides maximum resistance and control within your differential, allowing for precise tuning of torque distribution and cornering behaviour in competitive and casual RC racing.
  • Differentials Application Specific — This oil is formulated specifically for use in RC car differentials, where viscosity and purity directly affect how power is distributed between wheels, making it far superior to generic lubricants for this critical component.
  • 60ml Convenient Bottle Size — The 60ml bottle provides sufficient quantity for multiple differential fills and top-ups, making it practical for regular maintenance and experimentation with different viscosity grades to dial in your RC car's handling.
  • Professional Competition Grade — Corally's formulation meets the requirements of serious RC racers and competitors, ensuring that whether you're competing in UK RC championships or casual club racing, you have access to the same lubricants used by winning drivers.
  • Thermal Stability — The pure silicone formulation maintains consistent viscosity across temperature ranges, crucial for RC cars that operate in varying UK weather conditions from cool spring days to summer heat.
  • Safety Documentation Available — Complete multilingual safety documentation (English, German, French, Dutch) is provided, including Material Safety Data Sheets, ensuring responsible handling and use of the product.

Technical Performance

The Corally Diff Syrup operates at a viscosity of 2,000,000 cSt (centistokes), which represents an extremely thick, highly viscous silicone oil engineered for maximum differential control. This viscosity grade is not suitable for shock absorbers or general lubrication; it is specifically calibrated for differential applications where controlled resistance is paramount. The 100% pure silicone formulation ensures that there are no carrier fluids, additives, or thinning agents that could compromise performance or create inconsistent behaviour in your RC differential. When you apply this oil to your differential gears and clutches, it creates a precise, controllable resistance that directly influences how torque is biased between the left and right wheels—a critical factor in cornering speed, stability, and overall handling precision. The thermal stability of pure silicone means the oil resists viscosity breakdown when differentials heat up during extended running sessions, maintaining predictable performance whether you're running a quick 15-minute practice session or an extended competition race. For UK RC enthusiasts running vehicles indoors or outdoors, the consistency of this product across temperature variations ensures your differential tuning remains effective regardless of seasonal conditions. The 60ml bottle format with a 100-ml eyedropper or precision applicator allows you to meter the exact amount needed for your differential, preventing over-application or waste, and the pure formulation means you can confidently experiment with different fill levels to achieve the handling characteristics that suit your driving style and track conditions.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What viscosity should I use in my RC car differential? — The 2,000,000 cSt viscosity in this product is for maximum differential control and is typically used when you require heavy damping or maximum resistance in your differential. Some RC cars benefit from thinner oils for looser, more aggressive handling, while others need this thickness for precise, controlled cornering. Refer to your vehicle manual or experiment with different viscosity grades to find your optimal setup. If you're unsure, consult your RC car's manufacturer recommendations or speak to experienced RC racers at your local UK RC club.
  • Is this product suitable for beginners using RC cars in the UK? — While this product is professional-grade and primarily used by competitive and serious RC enthusiasts, beginners who are learning about RC car maintenance and tuning will benefit from understanding differential setup. If you're just starting out, you may prefer to begin with a standard oil and gradually experiment with thicker viscosities as your driving skills and mechanical knowledge develop. This product represents an investment in precision tuning rather than essential maintenance for casual use.
  • How much differential syrup should I use? — The 60ml bottle is designed to fill and refill differentials multiple times. Typical differential fills require only a few drops to a small amount depending on your specific differential design. Always follow your RC car's instruction manual for the recommended fill quantity. Excess oil can cause over-damping and sluggish handling, while insufficient oil may result in inadequate control. Start conservatively and add small amounts until you achieve the desired handling characteristics.
  • How often should I change or top up my differential oil? — This depends on your usage patterns. Casual bashers might change differential oil every few months or after particularly dirty sessions, while competitive racers may change it between races or even during race days when fine-tuning is essential. Regular inspection of your differential oil condition—looking for contamination, discolouration, or particle buildup—will guide when replacement is needed. The 60ml bottle provides ample stock for regular maintenance without frequent repurchasing.
  • What is the difference between this and cheaper differential oils? — The Corally product is 100% pure silicone with no additives or carrier fluids, ensuring absolute consistency and reliability. Many budget oils contain fillers, thinning agents, or lower-grade silicone that may provide inconsistent viscosity, breakdown more easily under thermal stress, or contain particles that contaminate your differential. The purity of this formulation justifies the investment, particularly if you're competing or demanding precise handling control from your RC car.
  • Is this oil suitable for other parts of my RC car? — No. This product is specifically formulated for differentials at 2,000,000 cSt viscosity. Shock absorbers, for example, typically use oils in the 300 to 700 cSt range. Using this differential oil in shocks would over-stiffen them, whilst using thin shock oil in differentials would provide inadequate control. Always match your lubricant to the specific component and follow manufacturer guidance.
  • Does this product have safety certifications? — Yes. Complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available in English, German, French, and Dutch, providing comprehensive safety information for handling, storage, and use. These documents ensure responsible use and compliance with health and safety regulations in the UK and across Europe.
