The Corally Diff Syrup Ultra Pure Silicone 250000 CPS 60ml (C-81605) is an essential maintenance fluid for RC car enthusiasts across the UK who demand precision performance from their differentials. Whether you're a competitive racer fine-tuning your 1/10 scale buggy, a weekend basher looking to extend component life, or a serious RC hobbyist maintaining a fleet of vehicles, this ultra-pure silicone differential oil delivers consistent, reliable performance. Differential oils are critical to RC car performance—they control the viscosity and behaviour of your differential gears, allowing you to dial in the exact handling characteristics your vehicle needs for optimal grip, cornering stability and acceleration.
This Corally formulation is engineered to the highest standards for RC applications. As a 100% pure silicone oil with a viscosity grade of 250,000 cSt, it provides stable, long-lasting lubrication that resists temperature fluctuations and maintains consistent performance across extended driving sessions. The 60ml bottle size is the perfect volume for multiple applications, refills and experimentation—allowing you to adjust your differential settings without waste. For RC car UK drivers who understand that success comes from meticulous tuning, the Diff Syrup Ultra Pure Silicone represents the foundation of a well-maintained, high-performance RC setup.
Team Corally is a respected name in the RC hobby, recognised for manufacturing premium consumables and components that serious racers and enthusiasts trust. This differential oil is no exception—formulated with attention to detail and tested for reliability in competitive and recreational driving conditions.
Key Features
- Ultra Pure Silicone Formulation — This oil is 100% pure silicone, meaning there are no additives or contaminants that could cause inconsistent behaviour or damage to precision differential gears, ensuring predictable handling and reliable differential performance across every drive.
- 250,000 cSt Viscosity Grade — The 250,000 cSt viscosity marking provides a thick, consistent oil that controls differential slip and locking behaviour with precision, making it ideal for tuning locked differentials and adjusting handling balance on 1/10 scale RC buggies, trucks and touring cars.
- 60ml Bottle Size — The generous 60ml volume allows for multiple differential fills, adjustments and experiments without running out, making this bottle excellent value for UK RC enthusiasts who like to fine-tune their setups or maintain several vehicles.
- Temperature Stable Performance — Silicone oils resist viscosity changes across temperature ranges, meaning your differential behaviour remains consistent whether you're driving in a cool UK winter or during a heated summer race meeting.
- Safety Documented — This product includes comprehensive safety documentation (MSDS sheets available in English, German, French and Dutch), confirming it meets professional standards for handling and use in the RC hobby.
- Team Corally Quality Assurance — As an official Team Corally product, this differential syrup is manufactured to the same exacting standards that have made Corally a trusted name in RC racing and hobby communities worldwide.
Technical Performance
The Corally Diff Syrup Ultra Pure Silicone 250000 CPS delivers exceptional technical performance for differentail tuning and maintenance. With a viscosity grade of 250,000 cSt (centistokes), this is a very thick differential oil designed for locked or highly viscous differential behaviour. The pure silicone construction ensures that the oil maintains stable viscosity across varying temperatures and driving conditions, which is essential for consistent handling in competitive RC car UK environments. The 60ml bottle provides enough volume for multiple applications—whether you're doing initial differential setup on a new 1/10 scale touring car, adjusting your current differential configuration for different track conditions, or maintaining the differentials on multiple vehicles in your collection. As a consumable maintenance fluid, differential oils like this one are used in friction differentials, ball differentials and limited-slip differentials found in most modern RC cars, trucks and buggies. The 100% pure silicone formulation means there are no additives that could damage seals or affect the precise mechanical operation of your differential gears, making it suitable for use in all standard RC vehicle differentials.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What is differential oil and why do I need it? — Differential oil is a specialised lubricant that fills the differential housing in RC cars, controlling how the differential gears slip and lock under acceleration and cornering. By adjusting the viscosity of your differential oil, you can tune your RC car's handling characteristics—thicker oils create more locking behaviour and tighter turns, whilst thinner oils allow more slip for smoother acceleration. The Corally Diff Syrup at 250,000 cSt is a very thick grade designed for locked differential setups.
- What does the 250,000 CPS viscosity rating mean? — CPS (centipoise) and cSt (centistokes) are measurements of fluid viscosity, with higher numbers indicating thicker oil. At 250,000 cSt, this is an extremely thick differential oil designed for maximum locking behaviour in friction differentials or ball differentials. It's ideal for racing setups where you want tight, predictable handling and maximum traction control during cornering and acceleration.
- Is this suitable for beginners? — Whilst differential tuning is an intermediate skill, this product is straightforward to use—simply fill your RC car's differential housing with the required amount of oil. Beginners purchasing this oil should understand that differential tuning requires some knowledge of your specific vehicle and track conditions, and adjusting viscosity affects handling significantly. However, the pure silicone formula makes it safe and reliable for any RC enthusiast learning to maintain and tune their vehicles.
- Will this work in all RC cars? — This differential oil is suitable for use in most RC cars, trucks, buggies and other vehicles that use friction differentials, ball differentials or limited-slip differentials. It's not suitable for spur differentials (which use different lubrication methods) or solid differentials. Check your vehicle's manual to confirm your differential type, and ensure you're using the correct viscosity grade for your setup and track conditions.
- How much oil do I need per fill? — The amount of differential oil required varies by vehicle model and differential type—typically ranging from 5ml to 15ml per differential (most RC cars have front and rear differentials). A 60ml bottle provides enough for multiple fills and adjustments, making it excellent value for UK RC hobbyists who maintain several vehicles or like to experiment with different viscosity grades.
- Why choose 100% pure silicone? — Pure silicone oil contains no additives or contaminants that could damage precision differential gears or interfere with the mechanical operation of your differential. The consistency and reliability of pure silicone makes it the preferred choice for competitive racing and precision tuning, where handling predictability is essential.
- How do I store this differential oil? — Keep the 60ml bottle sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Silicone oils are stable and have excellent shelf life when properly stored, so your Corally Diff Syrup will remain ready to use whenever you need it.
