The Radient XT60 Pairs including Heat Shrink (5 pcs) RDNAC010023 represent a premium connector solution for RC enthusiasts across the UK who demand reliability and consistency in their electrical connections. Whether you're flying multirotors, racing RC cars, piloting RC boats, or flying RC aircraft, the XT60 connector format has become the industry standard for high-performance RC electrics. This comprehensive pack from Radient supplies you with five complete XT60 connector pairs, each accompanied by matching heat shrink tubing, giving you everything needed to assemble or repair your RC power systems with confidence and professional results.

Designed for RC hobbyists aged 14 and above, these XT60 connectors are engineered to provide a neat, consistent, and reliable way to connect your LiPo battery packs, ESCs (electronic speed controllers), chargers, and power leads across your entire RC fleet. The inclusion of heat shrink tubing with each pair eliminates the need for separate purchases and ensures your connections remain clean, insulated, and protected from accidental shorts or moisture ingress. Whether you're a seasoned RC competitor with multiple vehicles or a weekend basher building your first custom RC setup, having a stock of quality XT60 connector pairs on hand is essential for maintaining and upgrading your RC hobby equipment.

These genuine Radient connectors are ideal for use with any RC LiPo battery packs that specify XT60 compatibility, making them universally compatible across RC cars, RC trucks, RC buggies, RC crawlers, RC boats, RC aircraft, and FPV drones. The compact pack size means you can keep replacements readily available without taking up significant storage space, and the clearance pricing makes this an exceptional value for UK RC enthusiasts looking to stock up on reliable connectors.

Key Features

  • XT60 Connector Format — The XT60 is the industry-standard connector for RC LiPo batteries and high-current power systems, offering superior reliability and current handling compared to older connector types, making it essential for any modern RC setup in the UK.
  • Five Complete Pairs — This pack includes five male and female connector pairs, giving you flexibility to assemble multiple power leads, repair existing connections, or maintain a spare stock for your RC vehicles and chargers.
  • Matching Heat Shrink Included — Each connector pair comes with corresponding heat shrink tubing, eliminating the need for separate sourcing and ensuring your soldered connections are properly insulated and protected from environmental hazards and electrical short circuits.
  • Professional Connector Quality — Genuine Radient connectors are manufactured to exacting standards, providing consistent low-resistance connections that maximise power delivery to your RC motors and minimise voltage sag during high-current discharge.
  • Compact and Lightweight — With a shipping weight of just 0.04 kg, this entire pack is incredibly portable, making it perfect for transporting to RC tracks, RC events, or storing in your RC spares and upgrades drawer.
  • Universal RC Compatibility — These XT60 connectors work seamlessly with RC LiPo battery packs, electronic speed controllers (ESCs), RC chargers with XT60 adapter leads, and any RC hobby equipment that utilises the XT60 standard connector interface.
  • Age Recommendation 14+ — Designed for older children and adults with soldering experience, these connectors require careful assembly and are most suitable for users who understand RC electrical safety practices.

Technical Performance

The Radient XT60 connectors represent a significant step forward in RC electrical connectivity, engineered specifically to handle the demanding requirements of modern brushless RC systems. The XT60 connector format is engineered with male and female contact designs that ensure secure, reliable mating with minimal contact resistance, which is absolutely critical when you're delivering current from high-capacity LiPo battery packs to brushless motors and ESCs in your RC car UK setup. The gold-plated contacts provide excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, ensuring that your connections remain reliable even after repeated connect and disconnect cycles across different RC sessions. The heat shrink tubing supplied with each pair is colour-coded or clear, allowing you to insulate your soldered joints professionally and protect against accidental shorts that could damage expensive RC electronic components. Whether you're building custom RC power leads for a new brushless RC electric truck, upgrading older RC vehicles to accept modern XT60 connectors, or maintaining a fleet of ready to run RC models, these genuine Radient connectors deliver the performance and reliability that discerning UK RC hobbyists demand. The compact design means minimal space taken up in your RC repair kit, whilst the quantity of five pairs ensures you have flexibility for multiple projects without excessive redundancy.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is an XT60 connector and why do I need it for my RC hobby? — The XT60 is the industry-standard electrical connector used in modern RC LiPo battery packs, electronic speed controllers, and RC chargers. It provides a secure, low-resistance connection that safely handles the high current demands of brushless RC motors. If your RC car, boat, aircraft, or drone uses XT60-compatible batteries and ESCs, having quality XT60 connector pairs on hand is essential for maintenance, repairs, and building custom power leads.
  • Are Radient XT60 connectors suitable for beginners? — Radient XT60 connectors are recommended for users aged 14 and above, and assembly requires soldering skills. If you're new to RC and unfamiliar with soldering, we recommend purchasing pre-assembled XT60 leads or consulting experienced RC hobbyists at your local RC club. However, if you have basic soldering experience, these connectors are straightforward to assemble and represent an economical way to maintain your RC equipment.
  • Will these XT60 connectors work with my RC LiPo battery? — Yes, these genuine Radient XT60 connectors are designed to work with any RC LiPo battery pack that specifies XT60 compatibility. This includes single cell through to multi-cell LiPo packs used in ready to run RC vehicles. Simply check that your battery pack has XT60 connectors or adapter leads before purchasing these connector pairs.
  • How many XT60 connector pairs do I need? — Five pairs offers excellent flexibility for most RC hobbyists. You might use one pair to build a custom power lead to your ESC, another to repair a damaged connector on an existing lead, and keep the remaining pairs as spares for future projects or emergency repairs at the RC track or flying field.
  • What is the difference between XT60 and other RC connector formats? — The XT60 is preferred over older formats like Deans connectors or banana plugs because it offers superior contacts, consistent mating alignment, and better current handling characteristics. Many modern RC hobby products specifically require XT60 connectors, making this the connector format to standardise on across your entire RC fleet.
  • Can I solder these connectors myself? — Yes, XT60 connectors are designed for user assembly with basic soldering skills. Strip approximately 5-6mm of insulation from your wire, tin the wire and connector contacts with a small amount of solder, then make a clean solder joint. Once cooled, slide the included heat shrink tubing over the joint and apply heat to seal and insulate.
  • Is the heat shrink included in this pack? — Yes, matching heat shrink tubing is supplied with each connector pair in the pack. This saves you money and ensures you have the correct materials to complete your connectors professionally.
