This high-performance differential housing represents a significant upgrade from standard parts, offering serious RC enthusiasts and competitive racers the precision engineering they need to extract maximum performance from their vehicles. Whether you're running a crawler, drift car, scale model, or short course truck in the 1/10 scale category, this CNC-machined component delivers the durability and reliability that separates winning setups from the rest of the pack.
Crafted from aerospace-grade aluminium 7075, this diff case represents the pinnacle of RC upgrade parts available in the UK market. The VITAVON brand has established itself as a trusted name among serious RC car enthusiasts who demand nothing but the best when it comes to drivetrain components. This differential housing is engineered to work seamlessly with your Losi Laser Nut's front bulkhead, centre transmission, and rear bulkhead, ensuring perfect fitment and reliable performance lap after lap.
For anyone serious about RC racing or bashing, upgrading to quality aftermarket components like this VITAVON diff case is one of the smartest investments you can make. Unlike standard plastic diff cases that wear and flex under load, this aluminium housing maintains consistent performance characteristics, giving you the confidence to push your RC buggy to its limits without worrying about drivetrain failure.
Key Features
- Aerospace-Grade Aluminium 7075 Construction — This differential housing is manufactured from high-quality aluminium 7075, a material prized in aerospace and motorsport applications for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, rigidity, and resistance to fatigue. Using 7075 aluminium instead of plastic or lower-grade metals means your diff case will maintain dimensional accuracy and resist wear far longer than standard components, directly translating to improved performance and reliability on track.
- CNC Precision Machining — Every VITAVON diff case is produced using computer-controlled machining processes that guarantee tight tolerances and consistent quality from one unit to the next. This precision engineering is crucial because even minor variations in differential housing dimensions can affect gear mesh, binding, and overall drivetrain efficiency, all factors that impact lap times and longevity.
- Universal Compatibility with Losi Laser Nut Components — This diff housing is engineered to work perfectly with the front bulkhead, centre transmission, and rear bulkhead of your Losi Laser Nut, ensuring straightforward installation without requiring additional modifications or adapters. This compatibility means you can upgrade your diff case with confidence, knowing everything will fit together properly and function as intended.
- Available in Silver and Red Finishes — Choose between professional silver or eye-catching red anodised finishes to match your personal style and RC car aesthetic. The default colour is silver, and if you require a different colour, you can specify your preference when confirming your order, allowing you to customise your setup exactly as you want it.
- Compact, Lightweight Design — Despite its exceptional strength, the VITAVON diff case maintains a compact footprint that doesn't add unnecessary weight to your RC vehicle. This balance between durability and weight efficiency is essential in competitive RC racing, where every gram matters when it comes to acceleration, handling, and overall responsiveness.
- Ideal for Multiple Vehicle Types — Whether you're running a buggy, crawler, drift car, scale model, or short course truck, this diff housing proves its versatility across different RC discipline. Its robust construction and reliable performance make it suitable for various driving styles, from high-speed racing to technical crawler work.
Technical Performance
The VITAVON LaserNut Diff Case Diff Housing exemplifies modern RC component engineering, combining advanced materials science with precision manufacturing techniques. Built from aerospace-grade aluminium 7075, this differential housing delivers the structural rigidity and fatigue resistance that serious RC enthusiasts demand. Unlike traditional plastic diff cases that can flex, warp, and wear under the demands of competitive RC racing, this machined aluminium construction maintains consistent performance characteristics session after session, lap after lap. The high-quality aluminium alloy provides superior strength without adding unnecessary weight, a crucial consideration when optimising your 1/10 scale Losi Laser Nut for maximum performance. The precision CNC machining ensures that gear mesh and differential action remain absolutely consistent, eliminating the binding and inconsistency that can plague lower-quality components. For RC car enthusiasts in the UK who take their hobby seriously—whether competing in organised racing events or pushing their vehicles to the limit during weekend bashing sessions—this represents a worthwhile upgrade that will extend drivetrain lifespan whilst simultaneously improving reliability and performance. The housing integrates seamlessly with Losi Laser Nut front bulkhead, centre transmission, and rear bulkhead components, making installation straightforward for anyone with basic RC mechanical knowledge. Whether you're running electric brushless power or preparing your Losi for competitive short course truck racing, crawler work, or drift car applications, this VITAVON diff case provides the foundation for a robust and reliable drivetrain system that won't let you down when it matters most.
