Overview
The Losi Link Set for the Micro-B/T is an essential spare parts pack designed for owners of the Losi 1/24 Micro-B 2WD Buggy RTR. Whether you're an experienced RC enthusiast maintaining your fleet or a newcomer to the world of RC cars in the UK, replacement linkage components are vital for keeping your model in peak condition. This comprehensive link set provides all the critical suspension and steering connectivity pieces you need, crafted from high-quality composite materials that deliver reliability and durability during intense off-road driving sessions.
RC buggies like the Micro-B are precision instruments, and the linkages that connect the servo to the steering and suspension components are among the most frequently replaced wear items. The Losi Link Set Z-LOS-1767 addresses this need with a complete selection of replacement parts that snap into place with ease, making maintenance and repairs straightforward even for those new to RC car setup. For serious bashers and weekend track racers alike, having spare links on hand means you can get back to racing quickly without waiting for replacement parts to arrive.
Sourcing genuine Losi spare parts from an authorised UK retailer ensures you receive components that are engineered to the exact specifications of your Micro-B, maintaining the precision handling and responsiveness that makes this compact 1/24 scale buggy such a joy to drive. This link set is a practical investment for anyone serious about keeping their ready to run RC buggy in working order.
Key Features
- Four Turnbuckle Links Included — Turnbuckle links are essential for adjusting suspension geometry and maintaining proper ride height on your Micro-B buggy. These components connect the chassis to the suspension arms and allow for fine-tuning of your model's handling characteristics. Having four spares means you can replace worn linkages and experiment with different suspension settings without interrupting your driving sessions.
- Two Steering Links Included — The steering links transmit movement from the servo to the front wheels, making them critical for responsive and accurate steering control. Two replacement steering links ensure you always have spares on hand, which is essential because damaged steering linkages directly impact your buggy's directional control and on-track performance.
- One Servo Link Included — The servo link connects your steering servo to the steering mechanism, making it vital for translating your transmitter inputs into precise wheel movements. A replacement servo link allows you to repair steering issues quickly and maintain the sharp, responsive steering that the Micro-B is known for in RC racing circles.
- High-Quality Composite Construction — These links are manufactured from durable composite materials that provide an excellent balance of strength and lightweight performance. Composite construction resists impacts better than some alternative materials whilst keeping overall weight minimal, which is crucial for maintaining the responsive handling of your 1/24 scale RC car.
- Easy Installation Design — Each link is engineered to snap into place quickly and securely, meaning you can perform repairs and replacements without requiring special tools or lengthy setup procedures. This user-friendly design is particularly valuable for recreational drivers who want to spend more time driving and less time on maintenance.
Technical Performance
The Losi Link Set Z-LOS-1767 represents precision engineering designed specifically for the 1/24 scale Micro-B platform. The turnbuckle links feature adjustable length capability that allows you to fine-tune suspension geometry for different track conditions and driving styles, a feature appreciated by serious RC racers seeking competitive advantages. The steering links and servo link work together as a unified steering system, transmitting control inputs with minimal play or deflection, ensuring that your inputs at the transmitter translate directly to wheel movement on the track. The composite material selection provides an optimal balance between durability and weight, critical factors in maintaining the nimble, responsive character of this small-scale buggy. These components are engineered to handle the stresses of both casual bashing and competitive racing without premature wear or failure, making them reliable spares that serious Micro-B owners should keep in their pit box.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Are these links compatible with both the Micro-B and Micro-T models? — Yes, the Losi Link Set Z-LOS-1767 is specifically designed for compatibility with both the 1/24 Micro-B 2WD Buggy RTR and the equivalent Micro-T models. This versatility makes it an excellent choice if you operate multiple Losi micro-scale vehicles in your RC collection.
- How often should I replace my RC buggy linkages? — The frequency of linkage replacement depends on how intensively you drive and the terrain you bash on. High-speed track racing will wear linkages faster than casual recreational bashing. It's wise to carry spare links in your pit box so you can replace damaged components immediately rather than waiting for repairs or new parts to arrive from a retailer.
- Will these links work with my Micro-B RTR straight out of the box? — Yes, these are genuine Losi spare parts manufactured to exact specifications for the Micro-B 2WD Buggy RTR, available in both white and silver versions. They snap into place using the same connection points as your original equipment, making installation straightforward for any RC enthusiast with basic mechanical knowledge.
- Are composite links better than metal links for RC buggies? — Composite links offer several advantages for the Micro-B platform, including lightweight construction that maintains the buggy's responsive handling, cost-effectiveness, and excellent impact resistance during aggressive driving. Whilst some racers prefer metal alternatives for extreme durability, genuine Losi composite links are specifically engineered for this platform and provide the optimal balance of performance and longevity.
- What is the difference between turnbuckle, steering, and servo links? — Turnbuckle links connect the suspension arms to the chassis and allow adjustment of suspension height and geometry. Steering links transfer movement from the servo to the front wheels, controlling directional input. Servo links directly connect the steering servo to the steering mechanism. This set includes one of each type, providing a comprehensive replacement option for major linkage components.
- Are these spare parts suitable for beginners? — Absolutely. The Losi Micro-B is an excellent beginner-friendly ready to run RC buggy, and keeping spare linkage components on hand is a smart practice for new drivers. The composite construction is durable enough for learning, and the snap-together design makes replacement repairs accessible even to those new to RC car maintenance.
