Technical Performance

The Blade BLH-1721 Main Bearing Block is engineered to meet the precise requirements of the Blade Fusion 700 helicopter platform. As an original manufacturer component, it is constructed to exacting tolerances that ensure seamless integration with your existing Fusion 700 airframe and drive system. The inclusion of a high-quality ball bearing is fundamental to the block's performance, as it enables smooth, low-friction rotation that is essential for the helicopter's main rotor drive system. The bearing block serves as a critical interface between the drive shaft and the rotor head, so its precision and build quality directly impact flight stability, responsiveness, and overall flight characteristics. The M3 bolts provided in two lengths (8mm and 12mm variants) have been specifically selected to match the mounting points on the Fusion 700, ensuring that assembly is straightforward and the block sits securely without any movement that could cause vibration or misalignment. Build quality is paramount in helicopter components, and Blade's manufacturing standards ensure this bearing block will deliver reliable performance across countless flights. The material selection and engineering of the block reflect the demands of helicopter flight, where precision and reliability are non-negotiable.
