Overview
The ARRMA Diff Fluid, 20 Million cSt 20mL is a precision differential oil designed specifically for ARRMA RC vehicles. This specialist lubricant is an essential maintenance product for anyone serious about keeping their RC car in peak operating condition. Whether you're running a competitive RC buggy, basher, or crawler, proper differential fluid is crucial for smooth operation and longevity of your transmission components. For RC enthusiasts across the UK looking to maintain their ARRMA vehicles properly, this genuine fluid offers the exact viscosity specification your differential requires.
Differential fluid plays a critical role in the performance of your RC car's drivetrain. It reduces friction between gears, dissipates heat, and protects against wear during intense driving sessions. The 20 Million cSt viscosity rating makes this fluid ideal for a range of driving conditions and ARRMA vehicle types. If you're serious about your RC hobby and want to ensure your vehicle performs reliably lap after lap, maintaining the correct differential fluid is non-negotiable. This 20mL container provides exactly the right amount for a single service or maintenance cycle on your ARRMA RC car.
When you choose genuine ARRMA Diff Fluid, you're investing in the manufacturer-recommended specification for your vehicle. This ensures compatibility, optimal performance, and maximum component lifespan. Whether you're a weekend basher enjoying casual driving or a competitive racer pushing your vehicle to the limits, this specialist fluid is formulated to handle the demands of modern RC driving. Stocking genuine ARRMA parts like this fluid demonstrates a commitment to quality maintenance that will pay dividends in reliability and performance.

- Easy-to-Use Bottle Design — The 20mL container features practical dispensing that allows you to apply the fluid precisely to your differential without spillage or mess during maintenance.
Technical Performance
Differential fluid selection is a critical aspect of RC car maintenance that directly impacts how your vehicle handles and performs. The ARRMA Diff Fluid at 20 Million cSt provides the specific viscosity that ARRMA engineers have determined is optimal for their differential designs. This viscosity rating affects lock-up characteristics, meaning how the differential behaves during cornering, acceleration, and braking. Too thin a fluid and you lose lubrication protection and differential lock characteristics; too thick and you increase friction and heat generation. The 20 Million cSt specification represents ARRMA's engineering solution for maximum performance and reliability across their vehicle range. The fluid's formulation is designed to maintain stable viscosity across temperature ranges encountered during typical RC driving, ensuring consistent performance whether you're driving in cool British weather or during intense summer bashing sessions. Proper differential maintenance with the correct fluid viscosity extends component life, reduces gear wear, and maintains the predictable handling characteristics ARRMA has tuned into their vehicles. This specialist fluid should be part of your regular maintenance routine, especially after intensive driving or when you notice differential noise or performance changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What viscosity is this ARRMA diff fluid and why does it matter? — This fluid has a viscosity rating of 20 Million cSt, which is ARRMA's specification for their differentials. Viscosity rating is crucial because it determines how freely the fluid flows and how effectively it lubricates and locks the differential during driving. A 20 Million cSt fluid provides the balance ARRMA has engineered for optimal differential performance, handling, and component protection across their vehicle range.
- How often should I change my RC car's differential fluid? — While the source does not specify maintenance intervals, differential fluid should typically be inspected and potentially changed after intensive driving sessions, or if you notice differential noise, resistance, or performance degradation. The fluid can degrade over time and become contaminated with gear dust and debris, so regular maintenance checks are recommended.
- Is this compatible with my ARRMA RC car? — Yes, this is a genuine ARRMA product designed specifically for ARRMA vehicles. The 20 Million cSt specification is a standard ARRMA differential fluid viscosity. Check your vehicle's manual or contact the manufacturer to confirm the correct viscosity for your specific ARRMA model, but this 20 Million cSt fluid covers a wide range of ARRMA vehicles.
- How much fluid do I need for a differential service? — This 20mL container is typically the right amount for servicing a single differential on an RC car. One 20mL bottle should be sufficient for a complete differential maintenance cycle on most ARRMA vehicles, though the exact amount needed may vary by model.
- What is the difference between differential fluid viscosities? — Different viscosity ratings affect how the differential behaves. Lighter fluids (lower cSt ratings) flow more freely and provide less lock-up, while heavier fluids (higher cSt ratings) create more differential lock and control. The 20 Million cSt rating offered here is a mid-range viscosity suited to general driving and suitable for many ARRMA vehicles and driving styles.
- Is differential fluid maintenance important for RC car longevity? — Absolutely. Proper differential fluid maintenance is essential for protecting gears, bearings, and other transmission components from wear and heat damage. Using the correct ARRMA specification fluid and maintaining it regularly will significantly extend your RC car's lifespan and keep it performing reliably.
