Overview

The ARRMA C Hub (model Z-ARA330818) is an essential replacement suspension component for ARRMA RC vehicle owners who demand reliability and durability during intense off-road driving. Whether you're running a 1/10 scale short course truck, monster truck, or other compatible ARRMA model, this composite C hub set provides the precision engineering and crash resistance needed to keep your RC car performing at its best. As a dedicated RC hobbyist in the UK, you'll appreciate having quality spare parts on hand to maintain your investment and minimise downtime between sessions.

Composite C hubs are critical suspension components that connect your vehicle's steering and suspension geometry. The ARRMA C Hub set delivers the durability expected from a brand recognised for producing high-performance brushless RC vehicles that can handle extreme bashing and competitive racing. This single composite C hub is perfect for servicing your existing ARRMA vehicle or as a replacement after crashes and wear, ensuring your RC car suspension operates smoothly and reliably across all driving conditions.

If you're a serious RC enthusiast in the UK who owns multiple ARRMA models or regularly participates in off-road RC bashings, having spare suspension components like this C hub set in your spares box is essential maintenance practice. The precision moulding ensures consistent performance, while the tough composite material construction offers excellent value for money when you need a genuine ARRMA replacement part.

Key Features

  • Tough Composite Material — Manufactured from durable composite plastic, this C hub provides increased crash resistance compared to weaker alternatives, protecting your suspension geometry even during hard impacts and aggressive driving on rough terrain.
  • Precision Moulding — Each C hub is engineered with precision moulding techniques to ensure exact tolerances and smooth suspension operation in all driving conditions, maintaining your vehicle's handling characteristics whether you're racing or recreational bashing.
  • Long-Lasting Durability — Built to withstand the demands of extreme RC action, this composite hub resists wear and maintains its structural integrity through repeated use, reducing the frequency of replacements and saving you money over time.
  • Genuine ARRMA Part — This is an official ARRMA spare part, guaranteeing compatibility and quality standards that match the original components fitted to your RC vehicle.
  • Easy Replacement — Designed as a simple swap-out spare part, installing this C hub requires no special tools or modifications, making it ideal for field maintenance or home workshop servicing.

Technical Performance

The ARRMA C Hub set represents the suspension engineering standards that ARRMA applies across its range of brushless and electric-powered RC vehicles. Composite construction offers an excellent balance between weight and durability, providing structural rigidity whilst maintaining the precise suspension kinematics required for consistent handling. This component is engineered to work seamlessly within ARRMA's suspension geometry, whether you're running a high-speed brushless stadium truck like the FURY 223S or a powerful monster truck platform like the GORGON MEGA 550. The precision moulding process ensures that each hub maintains exact dimensions, critical for suspension alignment and steering response. UK RC enthusiasts appreciate quality suspension components like these because they directly impact how your vehicle tracks through corners and handles uneven terrain. The composite material selection provides superior impact resistance compared to more brittle materials, making it especially suitable for bashers who frequently encounter obstacles and rough ground. This hub is compatible with numerous ARRMA platforms, making it a versatile spare part that serves multiple vehicles in your RC collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which ARRMA vehicles are compatible with the C Hub Z-ARA330818? — This C hub is compatible with a wide range of ARRMA models including the 1/10 FURY 223S BLX brushless short course truck (both blue and green versions), the standard FURY 2WD (available with or without battery and charger in multiple colours), the GORGON MT monster truck range (including the GORGON MEGA 550 variants), the 1/10 QUAKE 223S brushless monster truck, and the VORTEKS 2WD platform. Check the compatibility list to confirm your specific model variant is supported.
  • Is this a direct replacement part for my ARRMA RC vehicle? — Yes, this is a genuine ARRMA spare part designed as a direct replacement for the original C hub on compatible vehicles. It features the same precision moulding and composite construction, ensuring perfect fitment and suspension performance without any modifications required.
  • What is the C hub and why might I need to replace it? — The C hub is a critical suspension component that connects your vehicle's steering knuckle to the upper suspension arm, forming part of your RC car's suspension geometry. You may need to replace it after heavy crashes that damage the steering linkage, if it becomes worn from repeated use, or if you're servicing your vehicle for optimal performance.
  • Can I use this part as a preventative spare? — Absolutely. Many serious RC hobbyists in the UK keep spare suspension components like this C hub set in their workshop or field kit to minimise downtime after crashes. Having a genuine replacement on hand means you can quickly get back to driving rather than waiting for parts to arrive.
  • Is installation difficult? — The C hub is designed as a simple replacement spare part that connects directly to your existing suspension linkage. Most RC owners can swap this component with basic tools, though you should refer to your vehicle's manual for specific installation instructions to ensure correct alignment.
  • How does composite construction compare to aluminium C hubs? — Composite hubs offer excellent crash resistance and are more forgiving on impact, making them ideal for bashers who frequently encounter obstacles. They're lighter than aluminium alternatives and maintain precise tolerances through precision moulding, though aluminium variants may offer different handling characteristics in racing applications.
