Key Features
- Tough Composite Material — These diff outdrives are constructed from a tough composite material that provides long-lasting durability and increased torsional twisting resistance, ensuring they can handle the stresses of high-speed cornering and aggressive throttle inputs without deforming or breaking under load.
- Increased Torsional Twisting Resistance — The material composition specifically resists the twisting forces generated during hard acceleration and aggressive turning, which means your drivetrain maintains consistency and responsiveness lap after lap.
- High Quality Molding for Precision Fit — Each outdrive is manufactured using high-quality moulding processes that ensure a precise fit with your ARRMA Voltage model's transmission system, eliminating any play or misalignment that could affect handling or component lifespan.
- Two-Pack Supply — This package includes 2 x Diff Outdrive units, giving you a complete replacement set so you can service both sides of your vehicle's drivetrain simultaneously, or keep a spare set for future maintenance needs.
- Genuine ARRMA Component — As an original equipment manufacturer part, these outdrives are engineered to exact ARRMA specifications and are the same components used in factory-built ARRMA Voltage models, guaranteeing compatibility and performance.
- Essential Spares for Voltage Models — These parts are specifically designed for ARRMA Voltage models, making them an essential addition to any spares collection for owners of this popular RC car platform.
Technical Performance
The ARRMA Diff Outdrive components represent precision drivetrain engineering designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern RC racing and bashing. Manufactured from tough composite material, these outdrives deliver the performance characteristics that ARRMA is renowned for throughout their entire product line. The composite construction provides excellent durability whilst maintaining the low weight that is critical for responsive handling in competitive RC car racing. The high-quality moulding process ensures that each outdrive meets strict dimensional tolerances, eliminating manufacturing variance that could compromise the fit or function of your vehicle's transmission. The increased torsional twisting resistance built into the material means these components can handle the extreme forces generated by brushless motors, high-powered 3S and 4S LiPo batteries, and aggressive driving styles without failure. For UK RC enthusiasts pushing their vehicles to the limit, whether on racing circuits or off-road terrain, these diff outdrives represent the reliability and performance standards you expect from ARRMA's engineering legacy. The two-unit supply ensures you have complete coverage for full drivetrain service, maintaining consistent performance across both sides of your vehicle.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What are diff outdrives and why would I need replacement parts? — Diff outdrives are critical transmission components that transfer power from the differential to the axles in your RC car. They experience constant stress during driving and can wear, crack, or break during intense driving sessions. Having spare outdrives allows you to quickly restore your vehicle to full working order without waiting for delivery, keeping your RC car UK-ready for action.
- Are these diff outdrives compatible with my ARRMA Voltage model? — Yes, these Z-AR310862 outdrives are specifically designed for ARRMA Voltage models and feature the precise fitment that these vehicles require. As genuine ARRMA components, they are manufactured to identical specifications as the factory parts and will integrate seamlessly with your existing drivetrain.
- How often will I need to replace my diff outdrives? — The frequency of replacement depends on your driving style and conditions. Aggressive racers and bashers who regularly push their vehicles to the limit may need replacements more frequently than casual drivers. Having spare parts on hand ensures you're never caught without a solution when wear becomes evident.
- Why choose composite material for diff outdrives instead of metal? — Composite material offers an excellent balance of strength, durability, and weight savings. The tough composite used in these outdrives provides sufficient strength to handle high performance driving whilst maintaining the lightweight characteristics essential for responsive RC car handling and acceleration.
- How do I know when my diff outdrives need replacement? — Signs of worn outdrives include difficulty engaging the transmission, grinding noises from the drivetrain, or visible cracks in the components. If you notice any of these issues, replacement is recommended to maintain optimal performance and prevent further drivetrain damage.
- What is the difference between these ARRMA outdrives and aftermarket alternatives? — As genuine ARRMA components, these outdrives are engineered to exact factory specifications and manufactured to the same quality standards as components used in production models. This ensures guaranteed compatibility and performance characteristics, whereas aftermarket alternatives may have tolerance variations that affect fitment and durability.
