Overview
The ARRMA Flange Ball Bearing 10x15x4mm (2) is an essential replacement bearing set for owners of ARRMA brushless RC trucks and buggies across the UK. Whether you're maintaining a 1/10 Big Rock, Granite, Kraton, Outcast, Senton, Vorteks, or the 1/8 Typhon, these premium ball bearings ensure your ready to run RC vehicle continues to perform at its best. High-quality replacement bearings are critical to maintaining the smooth operation and longevity of any RC car UK enthusiasts rely on, and ARRMA's precision-manufactured flanged bearings are engineered to deliver consistent performance in all conditions.
These bearings represent genuine OEM replacement parts, not aftermarket alternatives, meaning they are designed specifically for compatibility with ARRMA's range of brushless RC speed trucks, monster trucks, stunt trucks, stadium trucks, short course trucks and buggies. If you're a weekend basher enjoying high-speed runs or a competitive racer pushing your machine to the limit, worn or damaged bearings can compromise handling and acceleration. This two-pack gives you spare bearings on hand for routine maintenance and servicing, ensuring your brushless RC truck or buggy maintains factory-specification smoothness and responsiveness.
ARRMA has built a reputation for quality components across their entire range of brushless RC vehicles, and these flanged ball bearings exemplify that commitment to precision engineering. UK RC enthusiasts trust ARRMA's parts because they're manufactured to exacting tolerances and designed to work seamlessly with OEM suspension geometry and drivetrain specifications.
Key Features
- Premium ball-raced bearings — Constructed with high-quality ball races that provide ultra-smooth operation in all conditions, minimising friction and ensuring your RC truck or buggy maintains consistent speed and handling characteristics whether you're driving on track, off-road terrain, or street bashing.
- Precision manufactured — These bearings are engineered to exacting tolerances, allowing for fast and easy fit during routine maintenance and servicing without requiring adjustment or modification to your RC vehicle's suspension or drivetrain.
- Consistent tolerance manufacturing — Manufactured to uniform tolerance specifications, these flanged bearings guarantee safe and secure assembly within your RC car's suspension and steering components, preventing play and ensuring predictable handling.
- Double protective shields — Equipped with dual protective shields on both sides, these bearings provide added durability and protection against dirt, mud, water and debris encountered during outdoor RC driving, extending bearing lifespan and maintaining smooth operation.
- Flanged design — The flanged outer diameter of 16.5mm provides lateral support and prevents the bearing from shifting within its mounting point, which is essential for maintaining suspension geometry and handling in high-speed cornering and aggressive driving.
- OEM genuine parts — These are authentic ARRMA replacement parts, not third-party alternatives, ensuring 100% compatibility with all listed ARRMA brushless RC vehicle models including the Big Rock 3S, Granite 3S, Kraton 4S, Outcast 4S, Senton 3S, Vorteks 3S and Typhon 3S.
Technical Performance
The ARRMA Flange Ball Bearing 10x15x4mm combines precision engineering with robust construction to deliver the smooth rotational performance critical to high-performance brushless RC vehicles. With an inside diameter of 10mm and outside diameter of 15mm, these bearings are sized to fit the suspension uprights, steering components and drivetrain elements on ARRMA's range of 1/10 and 1/8 scale brushless monsters trucks, speed trucks, buggies and stadium trucks. The 4mm thickness and 16.5mm flange outer diameter are specifically engineered to provide the lateral support required for stable suspension geometry during aggressive cornering and high-speed manoeuvres. The double protective shields safeguard against the ingress of mud, sand, water and other contaminants that can accumulate during outdoor RC driving in British weather conditions, ensuring the bearing races maintain their precision tolerances and smooth rotational characteristics over extended service life. These bearings are manufactured to consistent tolerance specifications across the entire production run, meaning each pair performs identically to the original equipment bearings fitted to your ARRMA RC truck or buggy when new. The premium ball-race construction minimises friction and drag, allowing your brushless motor to deliver maximum power efficiently to the wheels without energy loss through bearing resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Which ARRMA RC vehicles use the 10x15x4mm flanged ball bearing? — This bearing is fitted to a wide range of ARRMA brushless RC models including the 1/10 Big Rock 3S 4x4, 1/10 Granite 3S 4x4, 1/10 Kraton 4S 4x4, 1/10 Outcast 4S 4x4, 1/10 Senton 3S 4x4, 1/10 Vorteks 3S 4x4, and the 1/8 Typhon 3S 4x4 buggy. Check your vehicle's parts diagram or manual to confirm fitment before ordering.
- When should I replace the bearings on my RC truck? — Bearings should be inspected regularly during routine maintenance and servicing. Replace them if you notice grinding or rough rotation when spinning the wheels by hand, or if they feel notchy or loose in their mounting points. After intensive use, particularly in wet or muddy conditions, bearing replacement every 12-24 months is recommended to maintain optimal performance.
- What makes these ARRMA bearings better than aftermarket alternatives? — ARRMA's genuine flanged ball bearings are manufactured to the exact specifications and tolerances of your vehicle's original equipment parts, ensuring perfect fitment and performance. The double protective shields provide superior protection against contamination compared to unshielded alternatives, and the precision manufacturing guarantees consistent smooth operation across all vehicles.
- Do I need any special tools to fit these bearings? — No, these bearings are precision manufactured for fast and easy fit. Depending on your vehicle's suspension design, you may require a small bearing puller tool and a bearing installation press to remove old bearings and seat new ones without damage. Refer to your ARRMA vehicle's service manual for specific guidance on bearing replacement procedures.
- How many bearings does my ARRMA RC truck need? — Most ARRMA brushless RC trucks and buggies use multiple bearings throughout the suspension and drivetrain. This two-pack replaces the bearings in one location (for example, one steering upright or one half-shaft housing). Consult your vehicle's parts diagram to determine how many pairs you'll need for a complete bearing service.
- Are these bearings waterproof? — Whilst these bearings feature double protective shields to keep out dirt and debris, they are not fully sealed waterproof bearings. The shields provide substantial protection for off-road and outdoor RC driving in UK conditions, but water can still enter under prolonged submersion. After water crossings or wet driving, allow bearings to dry thoroughly and consider regreasing as part of routine maintenance.
