DETAILS
Compact and lightweight the GYA573 6-Axis fixed-wing aircraft gyro is designed to control the aileron (roll axis), elevator (pitch axis) and rudder (yaw axis) whilst adding 3 accelerometers to detect linear acceleration / orientation and, amongst other things, a self-levelling function. With greater flexibility and more advanced mixing capabilities than the earlier GYA553, the '573 is aimed at higher end Futaba set-ups that have a requirement for 4D flight control or feature multiple ailerons. Its a neat, future-proof bit of kit that any pilot would be pleased to have in his (or her) gyro arsenal.
The Futaba FUT05102757-3 GYA573 aircraft gyro is a compact, high-performance stabilisation system designed for fixed-wing aircraft requiring precise control across all three axes. Finished in black and weighing just 8.5g, this advanced 6-axis gyro offers roll, pitch and yaw stabilisation with integrated accelerometers for linear orientation detection. Engineered for higher-end Futaba set-ups, the GYA573 delivers enhanced mixing capabilities and supports complex configurations including 4D flight control, twin rudders, and multi-aileron layouts.

What makes the Futaba FUT05102757-3 GYA573 aircraft gyro ideal for advanced pilots?
The Futaba FUT05102757-3 GYA573 aircraft gyro is purpose-built for demanding flight environments. With support for 4D flight control, twin rudders, and multiple elevator and aileron configurations, this unit offers unmatched flexibility. Pilots can switch between five distinct flight modes, including Auto Recovery and Roll Flat, to suit their flying style and aircraft setup. The compact housing and low weight make it suitable for high-performance builds where space and mass are critical.
How does the GYA573 FUT05102757-3 Futaba with 4D flight support and camber mixing enhance control?
The GYA573 FUT05102757-3 Futaba with 4D flight support and camber mixing enables precise control over complex wing surfaces and multi-axis manoeuvres. Camber and air brake mixing allow for dynamic wing shaping, improving lift and drag characteristics during flight. Combined with 4D support, this makes the gyro ideal for aerobatic aircraft and advanced sport flyers seeking responsive and stable performance.
Is the GYA573 FUT05102757-3 Futaba suitable for multi-servo aircraft configurations?
Yes. The GYA573 FUT05102757-3 Futaba supports up to four ailerons, two elevators and twin rudders, making it compatible with aircraft that require multiple servo outputs per axis. This allows for greater control authority and redundancy, especially in large-scale or competition-grade models. The gyro’s internal mixing logic ensures smooth coordination across all control surfaces.
How does the GYA573 FUT05102757-3 Futaba integrate with Futaba systems?
The GYA573 FUT05102757-3 Futaba is fully compatible with S.Bus2 and FASSTest26CH systems, allowing seamless integration with Futaba receivers and transmitters. Remote gain adjustment lets pilots fine-tune gyro sensitivity mid-flight, while the unit’s digital architecture ensures fast response and minimal latency. This makes it a natural fit for Futaba users seeking a future-proof stabilisation solution.
Affordable precision for serious flyers
Despite its advanced capabilities, the GYA573 FUT05102757-3 Futaba remains an affordable option for pilots who demand precision without compromise. Its compact footprint and lightweight design make it suitable for a wide range of aircraft, from sport flyers to aerobatic platforms. With support for advanced mixing and multiple flight modes, it delivers professional-grade control at a competitive price point.
