On the day of delivery, our driver will give you a courtesy call approximately 15 minutes before arriving at your address. - Delivery and collection of large appliances and televisions are limited to ground floor access only. If you have arranged for an appliance to be collected for recycling, please make sure it is fully emptied, disconnected, and placed outside your property in a single, complete unit. We are unable to collect items that have been taken apart or separated into multiple pieces.
- When your order is delivered, our team will carefully unpack the items so you can inspect them thoroughly. This allows you to confirm that everything has arrived in excellent condition and that all accessories and components are included.
- Delivery is included with most of our products, offering exceptional value along with convenience. For the majority of mainland UK locations, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. Deliveries to Scotland are usually completed on Saturdays. For regions such as Devon and Somerset, deliveries generally take place on Thursdays or Fridays.
- In some cases, due to high demand or the nature of the product, your order may be delivered by an external courier. If this applies, a delivery fee may be added. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- For products listed as "Dispatched within 3 working days", the delivery timeframe is typically 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is confirmed. We make every effort to ensure your items arrive within that period.
