Flexible Storage
As a ‘FlexiSpace’ fridge freezer, the SCS8181ENS is designed with storage space to suit you. Its bright interior has shelves and drawers that can be removed, making it easier to fit larger items.
The fridge compartment has a net capacity of 152 L, with an 87 L freezer, and interior storage spaces include:

Fresh Features
‘ProFresh’ technology works to keep food fresh by preventing items from drying out. It does this by using two different cooling systems for the fridge and freezer, so temperature and humidity can be kept at their ideal levels for each compartment.
‘Frostmatic’ and ‘Coolmatic’ boost the unit’s performance as new food is stored. These handy functions help to freeze fresh food quicker, or bring it down to the correct refrigeration temperature. When these targets have been achieved, the appliance will return to normal functioning automatically.
Should your home experience a power failure, this AEG fridge freezer can keep food safely frozen for up to 25 hours.
Ease of Use
The ‘NoFrost’ system keeps the SCS8181ENS frost free, so you’ll never need to defrost it manually. The freezer has also been given a four star rating, so your food can be safely stored for up to 12 months.
An LCD (liquid crystal display) on the unit’s door shows individual temperatures for the fridge and freezer, as well as high temperature and open door indicators. Or, use the advanced touch controls to access cooling, freezing and other features. Why not try out Holiday Mode? This sets the fridge’s temperature to a steady 15 °C, helping to save energy if you’re away from the house for a few days.
Integrated LED lights brighten up your storage space, giving more even and efficient lighting than standard bulbs. Plus, making just 39 dB of noise, this AEG fridge freezer can be considered a ‘quiet model’.

- We will contact you at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery to confirm the date and ensure that you will be available to receive your order. This helps us coordinate effectively, and gives you peace of mind that everything is on track.
- To help you prepare, we will provide an estimated delivery time window ahead of the scheduled date. On the day of delivery, our driver will give you a courtesy call approximately 15 minutes before arriving at your address. You will also receive an email with the driver's contact information in case you need to reach them.
- Delivery and collection of large appliances and televisions are limited to ground floor access only. If you have arranged for an appliance to be collected for recycling, please make sure it is fully emptied, disconnected, and placed outside your property in a single, complete unit. We are unable to collect items that have been taken apart or separated into multiple pieces.
- When your order is delivered, our team will carefully unpack the items so you can inspect them thoroughly. This allows you to confirm that everything has arrived in excellent condition and that all accessories and components are included.
- Delivery is included with most of our products, offering exceptional value along with convenience. For the majority of mainland UK locations, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. Deliveries to Scotland are usually completed on Saturdays. For regions such as Devon and Somerset, deliveries generally take place on Thursdays or Fridays.
- In some cases, due to high demand or the nature of the product, your order may be delivered by an external courier. If this applies, a delivery fee may be added. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- For products listed as "Dispatched within 3 working days", the delivery timeframe is typically 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is confirmed. We make every effort to ensure your items arrive within that period.

Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the appliance they are purchasing supports door reversal.
- Our Access Assist: Fridge Freezer Door Removal Service is designed to ensure your new fridge freezer can be delivered and installed smoothly, even where access is limited. If your front door, hallway, or kitchen presents a tight fit, our trained delivery team will carefully remove the doors of the appliance at the point of delivery, bring the unit inside, and refit the doors once it's in place. This service is only available for ground floor deliveries and must be pre-booked. Please note that the appliance will be brought into your property at your own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your property or the appliance. The service does not include the removal of internal house doors or any modifications to door frames or kitchen units.
