Heat Pump Technology and A++ Energy Efficiency
Our energy efficient Heat Pump Technology is our latest innovation, making sure that your clothes are optimally dried while saving on your power consumption. While the Wrinkle Free program limits the creasing in your clothes to make ironing easier, Quick Dry gives you fast results when you need them. In addition to the A++ Energy Efficiency, the Sensor Dry function uses moisture sensors to turn off the machine when clothes are dry, so you consume less energy and save on your electricity bills.
Helpful reminder for filter cleaning
The Filter Clean Alarm provides a helpful reminder when it’s time to clean the condenser filter, as it's easy to forget. And a sensor also checks that the condenser really has been cleaned.
Instant water level check
The Water Tank Indicator is a simple gauge that measures how much condensed water has been collected in the tank, so you can quickly see if it needs emptying before you start another load.

Our trusted 2-man delivery service is designed to bring your items directly to your home with care, reliability, and efficiency. To ensure you know exactly what to expect, please take a moment to read the important information below:
- We will contact you at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery to confirm the date and ensure that you will be available to receive your order. This helps us coordinate effectively, and gives you peace of mind that everything is on track.
- To help you prepare, we will provide an estimated delivery time window ahead of the scheduled date. On the day of delivery, our driver will give you a courtesy call approximately 15 minutes before arriving at your address. You will also receive an email with the driver's contact information in case you need to reach them.
- Delivery and collection of large appliances and televisions are limited to ground floor access only. If you have arranged for an appliance to be collected for recycling, please make sure it is fully emptied, disconnected, and placed outside your property in a single, complete unit. We are unable to collect items that have been taken apart or separated into multiple pieces.
- When your order is delivered, our team will carefully unpack the items so you can inspect them thoroughly. This allows you to confirm that everything has arrived in excellent condition and that all accessories and components are included.
- Delivery is included with most of our products, offering exceptional value along with convenience. For the majority of mainland UK locations, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. Deliveries to Scotland are usually completed on Saturdays. For regions such as Devon and Somerset, deliveries generally take place on Thursdays or Fridays.
- In some cases, due to high demand or the nature of the product, your order may be delivered by an external courier. If this applies, a delivery fee may be added. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- For products listed as "Dispatched within 3 working days", the delivery timeframe is typically 3 to 5 working days from the date your order is confirmed. We make every effort to ensure your items arrive within that period.
