Can I select a delivery day and a time slot??

Our delivery is free of charge however you can now select a specific day for delivery, for a charge from £65 - £75 depending on the day. This service excludes deliveries to Scotland and South of England, in areas such as Somerset, Devon, Plymouth and Cornwall. You can book this service on the checkout page of our website or by contacting our sales team on 01922 494 608. You can also select a time slot for delivery for a charge of £39.99, this option will also be available on the checkout page..

Do you offer a collection service for old appliances and TVs? ?

We offer a collection service for your old appliance and TVs for recycle. You can book a collection at the time of purchase, however there is a charge for this service. Please visit our recycle page on our home page for the cost of collection. The old appliance must be disconnected, emptied and left in a convenient place at the time of collection..

Do you offer delivery outside the Mainland UK??

We currently only deliver to Mainland UK addresses only (excluding Northern Ireland, Inverness, Channel Islands and Isle of Wight). If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area simply call us on 01922 494 608 or email us sales@applianceelectronics.co.uk.

How do I know that my goods will be delivered in good condition??

Our couriers unpack most goods at the delivery address and allow the customers to inspect the item to ensure that it has been received in perfect condition and no accessories are missing. No damage and missing accessories claims will be accepted where goods have been inspected and signed for as received in perfect condition and complete..

How long does delivery take? ?

Deliveries of large appliances and TVs to most areas are normally done within 1 to 3 working days between 7am - 8pm(excluding Mondays). We call all customers a day before to inform about the delivery schedule. Small items are delivered next working day if placed before 3 pm. All large items ordered for delivery to Cumbria, Glasgow & Edinburgh are delivered on Saturdays. All large items ordered for delivery to areas such as Somerset, Devon, Plymouth & Cornwall take place on either Thursday or Friday. .

How long is the warranty offered on the products? ?

The warranty supplied with the goods is the standard manufacturer's warranty, in addition to your rights under the Sale of Goods Act. In most cases this is 1 year covering all parts and labour. In some instances this is extended by the manufacturer from 2 to 5 years and occasionally even 10 years. .

What is the procedure of returning goods that are not required??

Orders can be cancelled in writing to Appliance Electronics Ltd, 52a Harrison Street, Walsall, WS3 3HW or sales@applianceelectronics.co.uk within 14 working days of delivery provided the item is boxed in the suitable packaging and is in perfect unmarked and undamaged condition with full accessories. Please note that goods have to be sent back at your own cost. Provided the goods are in perfect unmarked and undamaged condition with full accessories you can get a full refund or exchange for a different item. .
